Sutherlands is my go-to to buy spring flowers and plants! Great customer service always and a great deal on the plants they sell. I believe it was Leslie that helped me this morning in the garden area outside, she knew all the answers and was very helpful. Excellent customer service!

Seriously loved this store! Prices were extremely competitive. They had a great in store selection, prices clearly marked, nicely organized and displayed. Employees were helpful and friendly. Home decor section I wasnt expecting was a pleasant surprise! I accidentally was able to find and buy an item that I could not find at 5 other home stores!! I will absolutely be returning without hesitation. On every level, this store is ran the way it should be and others in town could take a lesson.

Dont bother. Came in looking for an item and couldnt find it on the shelf. Asked an employee on the floor if they may have had it in the back and was directed to the front to have someone look it up. When I asked, was told that they couldnt do that and everything they had was on the shelf. Looked offended that I even asked. Was planning on purchasing some lumber at a later time for some projects, but will go to Lowes instead. Will not be returning here again.

I got some good deals at the Benton, AR location on the last day of operation in town. I wish I would have went sooner so as to find even better deals on clearance.

I went for plumbing for the toilet they had most of what I needed they were very helpful and courteous.

Great prices and its very easy to find everything. I found out from a cashier that the company stalks the online prices and they aggressively price their products to beat them! I have yet to find anything online that was cheaper than Sutherlands!! Its true that theyre thinly staffed but do you really need a babysitter when you shop? Im an adult, I can find what I need. If I cant, Im also an adult who can go find somebody to help me and wait for them to have time to help me. Whatever theyre doing, its working because prices cant be beat. Today, I bought a space heater for $40- it was $59-70 on Amazon. Oh, and this is the view I saw walking out the store. Beautiful. UPDATE: I still shop here after a couple of years and folks are very nice. Theyre very helpful when I ask for help. One of the biggest and best times here is when they bring in the plants. Great sales and a large variety of unique plants. I now have an olive tree and its still doing well! My Camellias are also doing very well and I got a great price. I bought a drill here for less than online prices and its been working great.

So nice that they provide a military discount to match Lowes and Home Depot. Their products are similarly priced and quality is equal. I do like the customer service better than the big stores because Jeff took the time to actually help me find the items that I was there for.

What a transformation. It appears the new staff and maybe the management missed the class on how not to help the customers. Been going to this store for 20 yrs.and the help was great and the best experience seen there. This keeps the customer happy therefore not minding spending their money with you. Employees are extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to assist your needs.They assisted me even after the store had closed for 10 minutes. They did not rush me out, they helped me with what I needed. You will not get that kind of service at Lowes.

Need better equipment to unload steel rebar. Mgr clearly has not certified these boys to drive a forklift. No seat belt, not proper balance of material on forks.Theyre Using a basic forklift. Guy has to unload one by one.off semi flatbed.So Im forced to wait.Over hour and half to unload!Safety is Key.🙄

The customer service here is great. They really helped out the Army Reserve center (just down the street) when we needed some plywood. Delivered it within minutes of us buying it. Its rare to see a business go out of their way for strangers, but these guys have the goods.

Cemter isle blocked for hamdicapped access. Poor selection of specialty hardware items. Waste of time.

Every time I go in there for something youre always out of stock. Ive come in there for all sorts of things and about 80% of the time you dont have what I need youre out of stock. I dont think Ill be coming in there again. Its just a waste of time. And some of your Associates dont know how to treat customers. Theyre not nice and not very helpful. There are a couple of them that are good people and are willing to help and be nice.

Just bought a box spring from Sutherlands. $99 new. The kid working there drug it in the plastic all the way across the store to load it in the back of my pick up. I noticed the corner was scuffed after he put it in the truck bed. I had to go get this kid and tell him that he damaged my purchase. He immediately said, it must have been like that already. I said hell no it wasnt! You drug it on the floor like a bag of laundry and you damaged it. What am I shopping at a yard sale here, no I purchased a NEW box spring and now that one isnt new any more. Replace it. I got a NEW one.

Had to give one star to give a review, but its not even worth the one. I ordered $1200 worth of lumber two weeks ago and was told it would be delivered the next week. Today I called to see why I have no lumber. I was told the manager was gone this week and just ordered the lumber today.. Nice excuse, but I ordered 2 weeks ago! I asked if I could get my money back yep come get it was the response I got. I go in to get my money so I can go elsewhere to get my lumber. Problem is, for that amount I have to wait on a check from headquarters! Project on hold, Southerlands sucks. Handled terribly

It was not a good day there no help to find what we needed andmy son had to get his own lumber and carry it out to the truck. He ask for help.and was told they dont have any one to help.carring out lumber it all up to you. Before we left the parking lot we was called to find out we needed to get some chicken wire to keep them in. There was stacks of things Not on the shelves. When he got to the got the 100 ft roll and brought it to the front asked the price. The manger had to be called and my son asked about price matching. The manager saisit has to be the same thing and he dont match just because it is same type or if the tags are a different colors will not matchThen manager said you should not got it is floor if it was not put up it was. Not to be sold .. he said that was for his Mexican men and if you dont want it you will have to carry or back to where you got it .Well he took it it was the only one in town. But he was not happy by no means. My son buys a lot from them and he said if he dont have to he doesnt plan to be back.

Had to drive to this location to get the cedar 2X4s I needed for a garden project. Large store, but was easy to find the wood and one of the screw sizes I needed while I was there. Was going to get both and save a stop, but they were out of the shorter size. I saw no staff in the materials area, but I really didnt require assistance to get to the register. Once there, the clerk was very friendly and helpful.

I love being able to get things I need for my projects without being hounded by employees. If I need some help, I can find knowledgeable people to steer me right where I need to go.

Unfortunately they never have the item on hand you need. They do have a great decorating Dept though.

A great improvement in the store since last year, employees are available to assist, stock is new, (not returns on shelf), and store layout is clean and organized. This store was considered a second hand hardware stop for an item or two.

Its ok, a little more older of a store with slightly less selection than a Home Depot. I like it because it is usually less crowded and different selections.
