Nice...great shoe selection.. both my girls found shoes they love!! Great fast service!! Especially being so busy!! And the worker on the floor trying to fix everything people were messing up!!

Shoes were in the wrong box and since they were in the wrong box the salesperson tried to sell me two different shoes of the same style but different sizes. She said it was labeled on the box.... And for around 70 dollars. That is no bueno. But to be completely honest, that same salesperson directed me to other shoes in the same price range that were very stylish. I did make a purchase and I do recommend people take a look at their selection. I will be back in the very near future

Shoe selection is great, three out of four of our family members found a new pair of shoes today. Brian rang us up, not only was he polite, funny, knowledgeable, and courteous, but he also is extremely kid friendly! He asked our six year old son how he was going to pay, our son didnt know how to respond, but we thought it was funny. Thank you, Brian for the great experience today!!

I went to get a pair of sandles for a wedding, end of season, I just couldnt pay $35 for a pair and with it being end of season I wasnt going toSorry.

Selection is not that great for men. But honestly, Im not impressed with shoe selection this year.. Overall Shoe Carnival is a great store with great prices. My daughter found her some shoes and my son bought some Crocs...

They dont have as many dress shoes for the ladies! lots of sneakers, casual wear, sandals, and even slip resistant shoes. if you arent looking for strappy sandals your choices are limited! the selection is nice just limited.

I mean we spun a wheel got a chip clip and walked out with 3 pair of shoes, I mean who doesnt love shoes and at a bargain. The only complaint is that the lady checking us out was so distracted she left the security tag on my tennis shoes. So now I have to travel another 45 minutes in holiday traffic to hopefully get it removed without looking like this was my fault....but I keep reminding myself its all for the love of shoes. So thats 5 stars no matter what cause its shoes.

Great experience the last few times we have been in. Staff is friendly, says hello, and at least one person asks how they can help. Prices are usually better than Dicks and other stores around town. BOGO1/2OFF always helps too.

I was general manager at this shoe carnival back in 2000! I worked very long hours here between 60 to 70 hours per week! Had to as I was the only key holder after the asst manager was fired! I worked just 2 years with shoe carnival and I would have worked so many more if I had the proper support from my area manager! When I did leave I gave a full 30 day notice and worked all of them with respect and dignity! Had some fun memories with them!

It was tax free weekend and they were packed. For them being so busy they were very friendly and extremely helpful. I couldnt find the shoes I wanted in my size and one of the employees got on his computer and spent 15 mins looking up shoes he thought I would like and printed them off for me. So many people helped me and I had a great experience. I would definitely go back as well as recommend them!

There werent enough variations in sizes for mens shoes. Mostly 9 1/2 to 10 1/2 sizes. When I asked them about it they said we could get shipped to us. That doesnt work so well because each style fits different. Frustrating!

Shopping here previously was a good experience with helpful employees, but things change. The store is now a disorganized mess with NO employees on the floor to assist customers. The only employee I spotted was on the intercom system making sales announcements to shoppers.

I got a good deal on a 2 pair deal of Columbias shoes, couldnt beat the price anywhere!

Definitely my favorite place for most shoes!! I never leave empty handed. In my opinion, Shoe Carnival has the BEST sandals, wedges, heels, and winter boots no doubt. I have a rewards card and try to take advantage of as many sales and discounts as I can. Somewhat lower prices than Journeys for Converse but same exact quality. Id have to say, out of just about everything I buy-SHOES come in at #1! Shoes are my weakness when shopping and I will MOST DEFINITELY (And too easily without thinking) SPEND UP TO $75-85 if I find that one pair I feel I cannot live without lol. And they always have cool deals. ALWAYS have JellyPops and Converse, my 2 favorite shoes. Employees are VERY nice and helpful, always keep a clean store and they have TONS of parking.

Im a clearance shopper I like to take my time and compare every cent and every dollar to make sure I make my money stretch. On a side nWent in to purchase some shoes for my kids but due to the staff overeagerness to assist I Felt rushed and profiled while in the store, had multiple staff members checking in on me which severely hinder my ability to shop peacefully and at my own pace. Literally every 2 minutes someone would ask are u still doing ok? As if Im incapable of shopping on my own. Granted the store was kind of empty and maybe the staff was just bored I wouldnt have thought much of it if they wouldnt have offered to hold my merchandise up front 🤔 any way I managed to achieve what I came in for which was getting my kids shoes on clearance spent total of $40 on a pair of boots and sketchers. Granted one lady did actually help me look for a bargain as I didnt have my glasses so it was a struggle reading the shoe sizes, overall not a very enjoyable experience but I did get the bargain I was looking for

So its buy one pair of shoes get the second pair half off, or 25% off each pair. They wont give you the 25% on just one pair, and if you happen to find a second pair of shoes you like, make sure that theyre not on sale, because theyre not going to give you anything off on those. I actually found the shoes that I was going to buy at shoe carnival for $25 less at Belks. So you may want to shop around.

They have a fair selection of shoes, but I wish the store was twice the size for a larger selection. However you can order shoes thru them. And they have great sales!
