Had a poor customer service experience. I purchased an item which was confirmed defective by the manufacturer who also stated that Geared should not have been selling the item any longer as there were known defects. I tried to call on multiple occasions and never received a response. Additionally, I tried to contact customer service via their website and never received a response. Im very disappointed with the lack of customer service I experienced and will not recommend this retailer to anyone. I have attached pictures of the defective product.

From terminal tackle to rods and reels, these guys got ya covered! I needed a few things for a tournament, and although it was short notice, Cody and Evan made sure I got everything I needed in time. If youre not sure which product will work best for you, they have a very affordable rental program that will save you money while you decide. Their customer service is top notch and products are spot on!!!

Great people and even better prices! The local fisherman that are always there. Whether theyre employees or local fisherman hanging out there. That dont mind gossiping with you. Whether its about what theyre using, presentation, or about if your rod/reel setup and line youre using will handle what youre trying to accomplish! Hands down will be back. And would definitely suggest for those that havent. Giving GEARED a shot! Know matter the level of fishermen you are!

Boyfriend and I came here to pick up tackle. We were in the store for 15 minutes with no one in sight, even after exploring the shop to try to find someone. We left without being able to make a purchase.

Gentry is the best BOW TECH in this area. I brought in my Matthews Bow which I bought somewhere else but Gentry was able to get the cams in line and fix other small issues. I now shoot 3 inch groups at 60 yards. The Victory Arrows he carry are awesome. Great customer service....

This is a great store! The staff is excellent and the products are on point. What Im MOST impressed with is the payment options, it gives working class people the ability to have the latest and greatest equipment available without having to pay 3 prices for it. Even my wife likes going to Geared with me, every where else she sits in the truck. The guys are great here, always treat you with genuine respect and gratitude.

Obviously can only speak for myself and my experience with them, but ultimately the owners of gear were dishonest, lied and were outright deceitful in dealing with me on a product. I dont make accusations as this without being able to back it up. Have the documents and the text messages to do just that. Because of these facts I must give them a one star because I cannot give No Stars. Many can make mistakes but when done willfully and knowing they were deceitful...that isnt a mistake. Thank goodness there are other places to purchase fishing gear and baits that may not be the best prices, but at least they seem honest and sincere. Rather spend more money with those type of people.

It is very nice to have the option of in store purchase or online, the ability to rent,rent-to-own or purchase outright. The guys in the store, Cody and Evan really go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want and are satisfied. I recommend Geared to anyone looking for the best equipment at a great price.
