Spa Muffler shop is the best muffler shop in town! I just stopped in for an estimate after getting screwed by Muffler Plus across from Atwoods. Bought my own parts, paid a lot for what they did actually do then it ce out sounding 100% worse after changing entire exhaust system. Converter, which he made his money on, a resonator, and muffler! It was rattling so load and got louder as I drove! Awful fallow up on finishing the job. Then I stopped at Spa Muffler Services. After a few minutes of the owner and staffs above and beyond evaluation and quick drill and weld, the minor issue that sound majorly bad was gone!!! And they were so quick and efficient as well as knowledgeable, the didnt charge this hard working mom a dime!!! What a huge blessing! Who does that? Business owmers that know how to earn your business!!! Ive been in Hot Springs 20 years, and this is my new Muffler shop period!! Highly recommended for a fair deal and top notch customer service! Very impressive great job!!❤️

Recently purchased a Ram 1500 with a hemi, wanted it to sound as good as it looks.. the guys did a great job installing a performance muffler however being the older guy. Almost 50 performance muffler was too loud. Justin and Will promptly correct the problem by adding a resonator to the system. Now happy customer, would definitely recommend spa City muffler. Great job and reasonable prices.

Over priced but the work was very good

They were very honest, straight to the point and came up with simple, inexpensive solutions to solve my cars problem . Very impressed and will be back!

Our muffler broke off near the engine header and all of the exhaust brackets holding things on to the bottom of the car were rusted out completely (Car is from the North). It could have set us back a lot of money. The new part alone would have been several hundred dollars. The guys at Spa Muffler fixed it for 300. When I dropped off the car, I told them I wasnt under any time constraint and could get it whenever- tomorrow, the day after, or a week later. They said it would be done that day and then from 8:30AM to 11:00 they fixed it! It wasnt a small job either. I was glad everything went so well and so smoothly. Ill be taking all future vehicles there.

In a pinch reliability

They did a great job on my car this is my 3rd or 4th car. They will not overcharge you and will do a great job I drove from Sheridan to have them work on mine cause they will not screw you over. I highly recommend them. Even if it is a drive to get there they are worth it you will not be disappointed.
