Everyone of the guys are amazing! I use them everytime I need service. Lol I always give them a hard time because as a female Im demanding. Everything I request, they go above and beyond to make sure I know and understand what is going on with my vehicle. Kudos to Austin, Thomas and their crew for great customer service and they take care of all my auto service maintenance needs!

They close at 3 and they said it would take an hour and half to change my oil, but they finish the last car at 12. The front desk was no help at all. I did not appreciate the service from this place. I went to Mobil and they were helping me where to park. Thousand time better service than Midas.

Used to be my regular shop for oil Changes and general inspections. Second to last trip I made here they told me my rear roters and break pads would need to be replaced with the next oil change. All is fine, sure. Well, they didnt even rotate my tires on this visit even though it was included in the coupon (which by the way, the $30 special always comes out to $50 instead). Anyways, I got back for my next oil change and ask for a quote on my roters and break pads. They say only my rear ones need to be replaced and then quoted me $500. Whatever, ridiculous. I did a little shopping around and immediately found places willing to work on my car for almost $300 less than what Midas quoted me JUST for my rear. Maybe the guy actually meant front included but Im not willing to take that chance. Probably wont be back.

Dropped my car off at 10:30 like I was asked to do when I called. They were going to put it on the rack and then call us to let us know what needed to be repaired. 2 hours later after no call from Midas we went back my cars on the rack but no one but 1 employee is their he tells us its the resonator that needs replaced but they dont know if they have one no one bothered to go look and they are all at lunch. It would have taken 3 min. to go look and call us. Very disappointed no way this should have taken this long

Came here to get my brakes fixed as well as to get a flat repaired. They fixed my breaks but wouldn’t fix my tire and told me I needed two completely new ones and tried to get me to buy them, I thought it was odd for me to need two new tires considering all four that I have are under a year old so I refused. Just in case I had three other people take a look and everyone came to the same conclusion that they attempting to scam me. They do good work but be careful because they will try scamming you.

I highly recommend Midas because of Austins expertise and knowledge and his genuineness in caring about taking care of the customers issues honestly. Austin went above and beyond to explain my concerns(even showed me with car up where and what was done) about my oil leaks and how they were fixed and the causes! I completely trust that he will do everything to insure to the best of his ability to either fix your problem and if he can’t he will tell you straight up!

Have to change my review given a current situation. My brother took his Ford F-150 that has a lift kit up to Midas in December to have them replace the CV axles. They spoke about the lift kit and that it would need aftermarket CV axles. He was called later with a price quote to repair the CV axles. He was told this would solve his problem. After the repair he was still having issues and took it back in in April because the boots were coming loose and was told its not that bad but theyre under warranty so if they got any worse bring them in and theyd replace them. He called them on Saturday because the boots had ripped. He was told to bring the vehicle in and they would look at it. They called him yesterday and told him the reason they ripped was because they were the wrong CV axles. He was told Midas could warranty them out but it would cost him $300 in labor and they would rip again because they were the wrong CV axles for the lift kit. My brother replied well you guys put the wrong CV axles on the truck I brought it in in December to have the CV axles switched out to match the lip kit and we talked about that. Thomas was very defensive told us that they have to make money. That he is the one in control why his owner / manager is having back surgery. And that he really doesnt have to do anything for us. Treat us like we have no knowledge at all of vehicles. He backpedaled, talked over us. At the point he raised his voice we also got upset. I dont understand why Midas cannot just put the right parts on it like they should have in December when he brought it in. Theyre obviously admitting the mistake by saying that the CV axles went bad because of the lift kit that was on it before the CV axles were put on and they are the wrong CV axles for the lift kit that was already installed at the time the truck was brought in for CV axles. I dont understand how we can be asked to pay anything for a problem that they should have fixed properly the first time. In my opinion if you put the wrong part on a vehicle and that part goes bad because its the wrong part I would think the mechanic would be responsible, not the customer who trusted the mechanics advice on which parts to use and paid that mechanic to install it. As far as Thomas goes worst customer service I have ever had in my life. His lack of knowledge was dumbfounding, the way he talks down to people is just unreal to me. I personally have had lots of work done with other Midas locations and I know this is not the typical for Midas. And I find it hard to believe that owner would knowingly allow Thomas to act and respond the way he has over this issue. Thomas was nice enough to let me know that the owner of this location owns all the locations in Arkansas though so I guess Ill be taking my mind his business out of Arkansas if I ever go back to Midas based on this experience

Very friendly and quick good service

Went about a month ago because my vehicle would shake when coming to a stop. All brakes were checked and the front were replaced for $430. I asked about the back brakes and was told they still had 40-50% life left. 2 weeks after getting front brakes, brakes start squeaking (not sure if it’s front or back). I took it back and wouldn’t you know it? I need back brakes…

So my husband got an oil change from here about a month ago and our car has been in the shop for about a week and a half. Why, you may ask? A mechanic from this location improperly installed an oil filter in our vehicle. Which caused the oil to leak out and our engine to seize. Now we are the lucky couple that gets to put a new engine on a car we’ve owned less than 7 months (we have 3 children all under the age of 3) and had no problems til we took it to this location.

Great job getting my car back on the road. Thank you to the guys there. Did a good job of communicating with me.

I got there before work and they checked the air pressure in my low tire, made me a 1pm appointment and they had it patched & me out of there 130pm.

Fairly quick, staff was cordial. Im always shocked at the price of oil changes and filters, but the price is pretty standard across the board... Maybe a little high, 78.56 for a Scion XD, compact for synthetic. Waiting areas is what you would expect. Youre not paying for the amenities of a dealership, so dont expect the royal treatment. They did their job well and sent me on my way.

Was traveling through the area, started having a small issue with my car. They got me in the same day, quick honest service for a affordable price.

Came in 35 minutes before close to patch a tire, they got me right in and were wonderful. Absolutely where I come from now on.

My husband and I took our car to the Hot Springs,AR Central Avenue location to get our brakes repaired. When we picked up our car the brakes were still making noise. My husband called back to the shop to make them aware of this and Thomas answered the phone. My husband told him that the car is this making noise and Thomas reply was you told us to repair the rear breaks. My husband said no I didnt. I am not an expert I had no clue what brakes were needing repaired. Thomas was very rude and belligerent. He said it was actually your front brakes that needed changing and rotors changed. My husband said basically they ripped us off. So we got brakes that didnt need right now and still brakes noice trying to take a trip to my brothers wedding in Texas,!

I went in and asked for a tire fixed and they said we cant accept this and I asked them to check the website and all they did was say they couldnt find it and they tried to sell me a new tire! I cant afford a new tire right now they also wernt very friendly about this either they said go ahead and get in a car wreck for all we care just how rude is that dont come here asking for anything to get fixed on your car i will be taking my money to Arkansas tire company

When they quote you a price its accurate. the majority of the services they offer are listed with prices. they told me thirty minutes and thats how long it took. very precise

Just moved to Hot Springs and got a big screw in our tire. Without any knowledge of the town, we stopped in at American Tire and they wanted $35 to patch our tire, no thanks. So we stopped in here at Midas and the service manager Don came out with a smile on his face, welcomed us in, plugged our tire without charge, and had us out in 5 minutes. The guy who actually plugged the tire was obviously happy and enjoyed his job. We will forever go here for our automobile needs, thank you guys!

Way too pricey and didnt snswer the phone for hours

I bought a used car and the owner said oil had just been changed but I found no oil on the stick. I borrowed a quart from a neighbor added that then took the car to midi they checked the oil then added a heavier at oil at no charge and told me to drive it a few days and come back which I did..had the oil changed and they found two separate oil leaks. The owner said there were none ..so thank you midis for helping me and I will be back for those repairs..I took them homemade cookies. Thank you again for being so kind and honest

Been a customer for over 5 years. Trustworthy, free estimates, fair prices. My goto place for any car problems. Ive had several repairs done to my older car never a problem and always treated with respect.

Didnt use them. They wanted $175.00 to replace the muffler on my car. Local shop did it for $80.00.

Quick in and out. Didnt get any upsell situations after oil change.

Gotta admit, I was skeptical of using a franchise oil and lube. Ive been there 3 times over the past year I drove away happy and feeling good about the experience. Ive had flats fixed, oil changes and tire rotations with zero issues. Most of all they didnt push too hard on the upsells and were honest when I absolutely didnt need something.

Went to Midas today for an oil change after Riser Ford refused to honor their on line service scheduled appointment. I was watching the Midas tech pull my car in and when he got out he banged my door handle against the lift upright. After my oil change the steering wheel, the shift knob, and the seat had big oily handprints and smears. When I asked for a paper towel to clean it off, I got a towel but no offer to help. The service reminder sticker was even slimy with oil and finger prints and had my next service set as today and the current mileage. When you pay nearly $100 for an oil change youd think the place would be more careful with your car. All that said, my main complaint isnt the dirty hands all over my nearly new car, its that not one person I came into contact with at Midas was friendly. Because of that (and all of the rest) I wont ever return. I just think if youre taking my money you could at least be friendly.

I have had to had then redo problems over and over and it isnt fixed. They are unhelpful in their diagnostics, and give no advice, and speak in jargon I dont understand. Most of my bill was diagnostics fees I wasnt even aware existed until I already had it set up to be done.Whats has to be fixed now?Its up to you.

We took our car here a couple of years ago and now, we wont go any where else. Great service!

Called for a brake service quote was told it would be $149 if it was just the brakes and 250 max if new rotors are needed so I make a appointment get there they say we charge $26 for a brake inspection then we will let you know what it cost from there so I let them inspect it he tells me I need the rotors resurfaced that it will be $250 for the rotors plus $149 for the pads plus the $26 fee so almost $500 for the back brakes I told the guy you never said there was a inspection charge or that the 250 for the rotors needed rework didn’t include pads so I call give him his $26 and go and call 3 other told them what I needed and what was wrong they all quote me what he was trying to charge me just for rotors for them to do rotors and pads so for half of Midas price I got what was needed do with my car done else where and pretty much half of the car service shops in my town beat there price and where up front about any fees I will never give Midas my business a bunch of crooks

Horrible! They scratched my paint, got grease all over the inside of my door and floor, and took all day and didnt even fix the issue they were suppose to fix upon my initial arrival. They also were very incompetent, from the manager to the employees. I showed up on time, and the employees were late.
