Brent and Doug are two of the kindest, most knowledgeable individuals who totally LOVE music and know what music MEANS to their customers.Guitar lessons, and much much more abound in this twelve year old well established business near downtown Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Awesome experience. The top music store in central Arkansas for professional musicians. Sales and repair on site. Brent knows more about the music industry than ten peoples combined knowledge. Robert is the onsite repair wizard. If he cant fix it, it cant be repaired. Period!

Thank you, thank you Mike and Big Event Music. On a Saturday on a holiday weekend with the blues festival onging, MIke repaired a shot jack on my Telecaster that I was set on gifting to my daughter as a surprise. Big Event is my go to place now in Hot Springs.

Experienced guys here. Really well stocked with nice used instruments and new accessorys. They also have a recording studio and lessons on guitar and drums. Best music instruments store in town.

These boys know their stuff, enjoyed visiting and purchasing guitar parts.

Holy cow. I didnt even know this place was open until I went inside. Not very inviting and the whole building needs renovations. Seemed very trashy. Almost made me feel like the items there have less value just because of how badly ran the building is.

Great people, over priced used stuff. Knowledge staff with understanding across most instruments. Some nice and not so nice used guitars in stock. BEM is part of the problem in this online society, people will come here to see things in person, then go to Musicians Friend to buy. Give it a try, but you will probably end up buying somewhere else. Jeff

Big event music is probably the best guitar shop Ive ever been to they have a great inventory of instruments and accessories at a low price and they also are very kind, and dont treat customers like idiots as many other local shops tend to.
