Detrick is the first person that you’ll see in the store. Probably because he’s too lazy to get out and deliver furniture that he lies and tells you can have the same day. Well, that’s what he says over the phone to lure you into the store and then once you’ve filled out your paperwork, he will tell you that it’ll be two to three days for delivery because they are short staff for deliveries. I did an online order and rent a center took my payment. The store calls and says that the item I ordered is out of stock. So I go to the store, pick out another item and then here comes the false advertising deception. I was told that it would take three days for deliver to my home once I was at the store in person. I asked for a refund of my payment. I’ve called the store manager four times. She lies and says that she submitted the request. That was over a month ago. To date, no refund. I’m calling my bank today and report fraud on rent a center for taking card payments with no service or product delivered.Do Not Visit this location. You’ll regret it.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I went to this company made my initial payment and waited for my product to arrive. Was told in store the product would arrive between 12 and 2. Nobody showed or called, when contacting the store was told another hour. Waited another hour and a half with no show no call. Contacted the store again was told it was on the truck and would arrive when it arrived. I showed up to the store less than 10 minutes later. Product was still in store and never had been moved or cleaned out from employees food and drinks. Employees were rude and unprofessional, tried to argue with me instead of just refunding my money. Also employees stated they were aware there was a mask mandate in place for the state but make the choice not to follow the mandate. I do have video of the incident as well as recorded phone conversation and will be releasing these to the CDC, as well as to rent a center corporate office. I will also be contacting the better business bureau.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I rented a sofa that the store manager assured me it would be cleaned because of pet hair. Well they delivered it the following day the pet hair was so excessive my wife and daughter had an allergic reaction. The manager Sam is very rude to customers as well as employees. She was belittling an employee while I was standing in line paying my bill. All the women at this location are useless never seem to leave the snacking area. The only above customer service I experienced was with Detrick and Sean. I would definitely recommend a new staff replacing the women including Sam the store manager.

Definitely not worth the money. I have been calling them for 2 weeks trying to get them go pick up a bed I am paying for. Plus a washer and dryer, they keep saying they are coming and never do. I told the woman, I was literally at my house all day waiting for them. And they never showed, waste of my time and still have to call them again. I will NEVER use Rentacenter again and please no one use them!! It is a waste of your time and money.

UPDATE!!!!!SINCE MY ORIGINAL POST FROM MY HUSBAND KEITHRIC HARRIS AND I, WEVE BEEN CHARGED DOUBLE FOR THE SECTIONAL AND ONCE I CALLED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ABOUT IT, I WAS TOLD THAT MY NAME ISNT ON THE ACCOUNT SO THEY CANT SPEAK WITH ME BUT THEY LET ME PAY THE WEEKLY NOTE AND SIGN FOR THE REFRIGERATOR THAT WAS DELIVERED WHILE MY HUSBAND WAS AT WORK. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE STORE TODAY 6-22-2015 WHEN I RETURNED THE CALL THE HAD ME ON HOLD SO I HUNG UP OUR ACCOUNT IS CURRENT AND THEY DIDNT CALL MY HUSBAND SO AT THIS POINT ITS HARASSMENT AND I WILL BE SEEKING COUNSEL FROM MY ATTORNEY IF THIS ISSUE ISNT RESOLVED!!!!

My experience there was not very good. The service is terrible workers are more concerned with going out to party and playing around with each other than getting any work done. I never received my bedroom furniture and when calling about it the man stated over the phone that they have to verify all references and i understand that but why take my money and say everything is good and it be delivered on Saturday if you had not done so. I am very upset and i do not want anything else from rent a center as long as i live.

I’ve never thought in a million years that I’ll be getting scammed by some people that I come to like and know for over 3 years now!!!! Any future customers please be aware because the ads that they Advertise They don’t honor them.Let me just say that I have successfully rented And paid off two separate accounts!So I decided to go back and rent two more items that Im also close to paying off !!!So last week I referred Them a new customer and I was supposed to get one week free off one of my items but that didn’t happen...I was told twice on two separate occasions that I will be OK not to worry so I decided to just wait and pay on my account since it wasn’t that much but comes today I was told that I had to pay both accounts including the late fees.....I’m clearly upset and hoping that this review helps future customers understand their underhanded ways! So don’t trust everything they tell u!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HUMAN BEINGS!!!I don’t care how much money someone owes you, DO NOT go to someone’s job acting like a relative. A RENT A CENTER EMPLOYEE (horn lake location) went to my sisters job today and said they were her brother. My sisters brother was murdered 7 months ago!!!! Very unprofessional and if you cause her to lose her job how do you expect to get paid! I just think you should think before you do something like this again. You never know what someone is going through or dealing with!
