I love Cold Stone Creamery! I am pretty stuck with mud pie mojo (no peanut butter and replace it with brownies or graham crackers). Most of the time I change up the peanut butter to something else to see which tastes the best. It’s so addicting as the choices of what to do with ice cream is limitless! I also do enjoy the cheesecake fantasy but my daughter loves that so I usually get a taste from her. I have also ordered their cakes before. You just have to go there early as they have a designated “cake decorator” and if that person isn’t there, then you either have to wait until the next day, write a message yourself or give an ice cream cake with no writing on it. Lol. I do like their online ordering which I have done several times. I live about 10 minutes away from there so if I have a craving for ice cream, I place an order online and by the time I get there, it’s ready. No waiting in line. You can always get your sweet and cold fix at Cold Stone Creamery and if you tip them…they sing for you. Lol.

Poor service experience. I went there on a Sunday night to order some ice cream for my family. I ordered 3 ice cream cups and a shake We told the staff person and stood in front of the register to cash out only she never cashed us out. Instead she asked what our order was again and then proceeded to make it and set it on the counter behind her. Other people in line behind was receiving their orders and being cashed out while our ice cream was sitting on the counter melting. 10 minutes later we asked her to make one of them again and put the rest in a freezer because the ice cream was dripping from the lid. The staff continued making and cashing out other orders (that came in behind us) while we stood at the register waiting for them to finish our cups. I’m not sure how the process works there (if only the staff that takes the order makes the order or what) but it was ridiculous and they should not have continued to make other orders that were behind us while we stood there watching our ice cream melt. We ended up leaving with no ice cream because the whole thing was incredibly frustrating.

My family and I came to get some ice cream. We were a party of 6. One employee was making the waffle cones- other was cleaning the back and one was assisting us. We were patient in giving us her order and she was very polite.

Ordered through door dash. Ice cream was delivered still frozen and absolutely delicious. Will be eating ice cream from here again.

The staff was very polite, couteous and extremely helpful. My husband is such a huge fan. I love their Mango-Pineapple smoothie.

The staff here is amazing the ice cream is amazing. Its the perfect treat for my baby girl and the staff make every visit memorable for her.

Came in a few minutes before my online order said it would be ready. An employee tried giving us a different order and when we said that wasnt ours, the manager came over and was snappy and rude to us, instead of just telling us the order wasnt ready just yet (which we were totally expecting since we knew we were a little early.)

The air itself in Cold Stone Creamery is caloric. This is not the place to be if youre on anything approaching a diet. However, it is a great place to take the kids and they have a number of options that the adults will enjoy.

We had great service until the end. Yes we walked in (5 of us) at 10:15pm. We understood they were fixing to close (not the only customers coming in). They greeted us, took orders, very friendly. As we sat there eating ice cream we were informed they were closed and cant have customers in side after closing. I could understand not letting new customers in but not telling those already in the building to get out. 😒 Really turned us off.

I love this Coldstone’s. It’s clean and the staff is awesome. However, I strongly dislike the fact that the staff doesn’t wear hair nets. I’ve come in on a few occasions and have had hair in my ice cream. Please consider having the staff wear hair nets to prevent this.

My favorite place to go. I eat ice cream from no where else except here!! The staff are very nice.

I would have given it 3 stars however when I first thought to put up this review, my wife thought to call and talk to the manager first see if the suggestion she had would be taken into account and I would give maybe 4 stars, however due to the attitude my wife was given if I could put no stars I would. This location is right in the middle of 2 neighborhoods and 2 or 3 apartment complex developments where families can walk to the store in less than 5 mins for a treat and walk home. As my wife walked in a lady walked out with a nicely done waffle bowl set up. My wife said thats what she wanted and our son wanted, mind you were new to this area and there wasnt a store location in our former town. My wife and kids ordered two bowls thinking it would be done up like the one that we saw to go. The kids working behind counter asked to go we said yes not knowing buying a bowl was pointless because they didnt even put the ice cream in the bowl the shoved it all into a container and handed everything over. My wife tried to look over the counter to make sure they added everything but because the counter is so blocked up and cluttered she couldnt tell nor did she know hers had even been fixed. She was going to also ask for caramel to be added but it was to late. We left, she was so disappointed she completely lost her mood for it and just gave it to one of our other kids. When she called to talk to the manager and offer the suggestion they ask if they wanted it fixed up or just crammed in a box or were we walking because of the neighborhood around she got nothing but excuses and blamed the management just repeatedly said it was just her fault for not knowing and manager got even offended at the suggestion. My wife is a marketing director to a designer and was just trying to offer a solution for future mix up to be avoided and a benefit with the location. But well now think twice about returning and just reserve our ice cream store favorite to the one by our sons high school, which is way over off of exit 44.

Im 35...I just ate here for the first time. Its ice cream. No big deal. I did realize Im a basic ice cream eater after discussing what all I wanted on my ice cream.

We have been here a couple of times. The people are always nice and friendly. The Banana Almond Crunch is delicious. We will be back.

I visited today and the staff was extremely rude to me and to the people before me. They expect a tip from every single customer. Would not recommend

My significant other and I visited this location on 8-4 at 11:53 am for my birthday for a tasty treat. I usually have a welcoming and positive experience here but on this particular day the worker did NOT greet us. She only looked up twice and that was to ask us what we wanted. She seemed impatient and very bothered that we even came here. What a way to enjoy a birthday outing. We both got signature like it creations I had the ONE SMART BROOKIE and he had APPLE PIE A LA COLDSTONE. The ice cream was tasty but the lack of customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. Ill hate to miss out on future treats here but after being treated that way Ill just travel further to the other location.

This place is my absolute favorite for getting creamy, tasty, delicious ice-cream! If you are a chocolate lover I recommend the “chocolate devotion”.The staff is always friendly, and the place is always clean and inviting.

The ice cream was terrible it was so sticky it was like eating glue and tasted like glue basically the staff was so ignorant they acted like I was asking for the world when I asked to try some of their flavors being a newbie there. Then when I had asked her a question she completely ignored me. My first and last time ever going to this place besides the price of the ice cream was outrageously expensive we paid $15 for two cones that I couldnt even finish because it tasted so gross and left an aftertaste in my mouth for hours and gave me a headache
