Im giving this for a 1-star. I am not a happy customer.! I have a problem every single time I go to this location. This is the first time in 3 months that I have been back. The sales ppl are always rude or on there phone.Using the app I clip a fair amount of coupons. Well today I purchased a good amount of things so I could take advantage of the deals. Get to check out hear my total and ask were the coupons applied. NO!!!!!!!! ok well why not I have all these coupons. Cashier had no clue and said the 5 dollar coupon is only for sat and I replyed with that must be new bc its always been all week and expire on sat. Either way I am extremely disappointed and will no longer shop in that store. AND forget calling to talk to a manager. NO ONE ANSWERS!!!!

Great found what I needed

Every time I visit this location theres no one around the counter. I either have to hunt someone down or ring the bell. Then when they finally show up its with an attitude. Got into an argument with one of the women who works there because myself and about 6 others waited in line for about 20 minutes until I went to the back to find someone to check us out.

Is there a reason nobody answers the damn phone?! What happens when a distributor, customer or even employee needs to call in?! Poor business and communication skills.

Great selection for the limited items they are known to carry! Got some nice clothes there today! They were a good, sturdy brand and priced way cheaper than even Wal-Mart! Wal-Mart is usually my go to for all my jeans but not any more! I will be checking for clothes first at Family Dollar before I go any where else. They also had a ton of nice clearanced items. I ended up purchasing an 8 pack of super soft white stretchy ankle socks for $4.50..and I love them! Going back to get more! Never underestimate the littler stores...they have more to offer than you think!!
