Well stocked. Huge store with a large garden section. Sheds for sale. Arthur Two Sheds Jackson can become Three Sheds. Safety 🦺 is taken seriously. An isle was blocked off when a forklift was in use. Self service checkout available. Place was busy.

Great atmosphere, excellent products, something for every budget and skill level. Everything you could need for home projects, maintenance, security and decor. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable in their given department. Checkout girl was excellent. Only thing is its enormous so it can be challenging to flag down a worker for help at times. Still one of our favorite stores for all the projects on our castle.

Waited forever...over 25 minutes for an answer on location of tiki torch fuel...Too early to take off the shelf!!! People still enjoy torches Halloween season and Christmas is over 2 months away !!! Very disappointed. Will need to order torch fuel elsewhere

Great customer service. Had everything in stock I needed. Employee went up on a ladder and pulled down a box of fly swatters for me. I only needed one. The display was empty. Was extremely happy to help me. Then he packed out the whole box until the display was full. Another employee guided me to the sprayers. Great help by all today including the cashier.

As a contractor I visit this home depot several times a week. Kathy and Joe at the pro desk are champions. When everyone says sorry not my department, these 2 step up and go the extra mile. Thanks for all the help Kathy and Joe!

Bad experience with the staff in the tool rental department. My wife and I were returning equipment, I went inside to see what to do and she stayed with the truck. An older man with grey hair and glasses, Joe was the name on his apron, came to assist my wife but was being extremely condescending, refused to let my wife help, snapping at her that this wasnt his first time and he had a game plan. Another customer came to try and help and he received the same treatment. By the time I came back out of the store my wife was in tears. This was a terrible way to start our morning.

Well stocked shelves, clean, but noticeably less staff, only person at cash register was customer service. I do not like self service cash registers. It is impersonal and good people are put out of jobs

Wanted to contact the store directly but I couldnt figure out how without calling. I was at the Hooksett store earlier today and was having trouble finding some things (not the stores fault, Im just not in there often) so I was getting frustrated. When I was finally checking out at the self-checkout there was an older gentleman working in that area with long white hair, unfortunately I didnt ask his name. This man stood there with me and told me jokes while I was wrestling with the scanner, and he honestly made my day. He was so nice and very helpful. Im hoping someone that works there will see this and let him know how awesome he is! Everything else about the shopping experience was great as always, Ive never had any issues when I go there. Everyone is always willing to help!

I went here to get a few boards cut for my daughters need so she wouldnt sink in onto floor, I waited for someone to come cut one board for me for 20 mins thats the issue I had besides that the people who helped me were skilled and great it was just the service of the time nexts time maybe be a lil quicker !!

Such a great experience here. I came in looking for some items for a bathroom and there was this really nice older gentleman working in the plumbing department. He came up to me to make sure I was finding everything okay. He was truly wonderful and it was great talking with him. Afterwards he even gave me an exact isle area for another item in a different department of the store. He really knows the layout of the store well. He was exactly right and it was very easy to find thanks to him. All the employees were very pleasant. Such a nice Home Depot.

My boyfriend and I went in tonight looking for some wood to cut for shelves in a closet. Scott went above and beyond to help up find the best product for a lower price, after we had mistakenly picked something very expensive. He was extremely personable and helpful and even cleared a place for me to sit while he cut the shelves for us, which I appreciated a lot because stores make me very anxious. A++ employee. Definitely deserves a raise. Thank-you Scott!! The shelves were cut perfectly too!

Ughh the ladies at the customer service department were full of attitude from the start of the conversation. They were so rude in how they spoke to my husband. I couldn’t believe it! It was a clear mistake on their end and they went out of their way to try and and make him feel like he played a part in it when all he did was place an order. Just by reading the other reviews for this location I’d say more training in this department on how to handle customers would be in the company’s best interest.

I love this home depo and this is the best one I’ve been too. I have had great experiences here but today just wasn’t one of them. I don’t mean to be a Karen but I cant just stay silent about this. I just went here to get some paint and the minute I walked into the paint section there was an older man getting into a heated argument with the women working about politics. A lot of customers were around and I’d imagine they felt as awkward as I did. I asked for my paint and he made me feel as I was an annoyance. He was rude to me and after he told me to wait for the paint he went right back to his argument and I felt awful for the women. There were multiple workers around and no one said anything. Another guy ended up helping me and I got my paint but this was extremely unprofessional. Sad no manager came over to address this situation.

Customer service could be improved. Staff is not customer-oriented. If they were, I probably would of received a hello at the least from the 6 employees that just walked straight past me, no acknowledgement at all. The place seemed as if it completely lacked motivation among the staff.

This store is one of the smaller home depot stores but the people inside were very helpful and had some great suggestions on some repairs that I needed to do. Always find when I need here.

They have good prices just dont carry much in the pex side of plumbing.

Bought a stove and fridge waited 3 weeks for it to be delivered got confirmation the day before delivery all great up to this point day of delivery get a call saying both are out of stock would have to waite till January 6th for them to be delivered mind you we have already waited 3 weeks its December 8th another month?go to store to rectify the situation get a stove and fridge they didnt want to honor the sale we got on the last order not deliver and dispose of old stove and fridge which we paid for so I had to miss a day of work load and unload my self which I payed for the service home depot you should re evaluate your customer experience I will post this on every social media site as well

Lumber is readily available in all thats needed. But you have to weed out all of the twisted and knot cracked lengths.

Was treated very rudely by one employee at the paint mixing area so bad I was in shock and stood around trying to find what I needed. Finally as I was considering going to another store another employee who saw the whole thing came to help as any decent customer service provider should.

Went shopping here for plants. They have a large selection with great prices. We got 2 butterfly bushes and plants for a hanging basket for $20.

Everytime I go here I always leave in a worse mood than when I entered. Always seems to be an unorganized mess, staff is rarely friendly, and the combination of both of those gives you about a 10% chance of finding what you need. I always try to enter with an open mind but I think its safe to say I will avoid home depot at all costs from here on out.

Most of the time I go to the Hooksett New Hampshire. Home Depot. They have always treated me very well and Im able to find what I need 95% of the time. I like this place.

For the life of them they can’t keep wood straight bought so 2x4s so I could build a bench I dug through there lumber even in the middle of the stack it was bowed

Online, curbside pickup still required to go INSIDE to the double CURBSIDE WINDOW... Otherwise, sit in your car waiting even after clicking the link in your email, AND texting the # spot your in while the Home Depot loading Circle continues to run like it never finishes loading, no confirmation that they got anything saying your there to pick up.

I purchased a snow thrower from Homedepot.com. It went on sale a short time later. As I am currently out of state I went into the nearest Home Depot (Manchester, CT) for assistance and after about 30 minutes of trying they told me there was no way to provide price protection or assistance with this purchase. Instead the Assistant Mgr Darron gave me the HD.com phone number.HD.com told me they couldnt help because despite the order being placed online the delivery went through the Hooksett, NH location.So I called Hookset HD store. Karen at the service desk took ownership of the problem and went out of her way to apologize and get the situation resolved cordially and professionally. She also likely saved me another frustrating hour on the phone with HD.com support.This experience has really highlighted why it is far better to make a purchase in a brick and mortar store than online. If you want good customer service, especially after the sale, I strongly advise purchasing at this Hooksett HD location.

Horrible customer service multiple times. I called ahead and they confirmed the part I needed had multiple in stock. I get to the store and learn the they dont even carry the part I confirmed they had in stock with an employee at the same store. A second time I checked online to ensure they had a generic seasonal item in stock and they did. Along with having the option for pickup. Yet again, I get to the store and cant find it. I ask an employee where to find it and after laughing at me say, Yes, we have plenty in stock but theyre unavailable for purchase, and point to the third story of a shelf. After both incidences I went to Lowes and successfully bought what I needed. I now drive a further distance to avoid the inconvenience of this Home Depots failure to even know whats available for purchase in their own store.

I just want to write this review to thank the cashier who helped me this past Saturday morning/early afternoon (1/25) at the Hooksett, NH store. My receipt says the cashiers name is Jules, but just in case thats not correct, he was the one working checkout aisle 2. I was purchasing a nest thermostat (among some other items for home renovations) and he of course needed to have someone run and get the thermostat from a locked case for me. And he was super apologetic that I had to wait, but of course it was not a big deal at all. It makes perfect sense that these more expensive products need to be kept in a more secure location than other products. Either way I had him cancel my order for the time being so that I wasnt holding up other customers behind me, and he was super helpful with that. He printed a receipt that he could scan again for when the thermostat was brought over so that we didnt have to scan everything again. He was just super helpful and positive and very understanding and it just made my experience there much more wonderful. Shout out to that cashier in aisle 2. Thank you!!

I love home depot but I was there Friday May 8 2020 @ 9am or so....my friend needed a mask she forgot hers at home so we stopped here. No masks of any kind so we got a headband of some sorts we went to the register lady asked why we wanted that...then she took masks out that she made from home holding them under the counter so we had to peek @ 5 dollars she said....dont say anything....... Honestly we did get one instead of what we were gonna get. So the money went right in her smock. Again she says dont say anything. I felt like I had just made a drug deal. Thats taking sales away from the store. Stealing is not worth your job. Dont know her name but it was the register next to lumber. short blonde hair heavy set. @40

The store itself isn’t bad, but there was 1 register open a huge line. I mean HUGE line. It wouldn’t have been that bad but the woman at the register, I believe her name was Leslie, was so slow and incompetent it took forever.

We went to The Home Depot to specifically look at Ego line of power equipment. We were directed to visit the store by Ego themselves because theyre a dealer. Well, they didnt have attachments or the more powerful batteries. They tell customers to order online and have it shipped to the store. Why would I go to the store if Im going to have to order online anyways? Waste of time.Also, saw someones lunch stashed between the trimmers. I though theyre supposed to be cleaning more frequently? Stop with the b.s.

Local Home Depot is well stocked and has a helpful, knowledgeable staff.Went for paint for a home improvement project and was given a suggestion for a new Behr paint which better met my needs. ( Behr Ultra Scuff Defense ). The paint proved to be excellent and I used it on two other rooms after the first application and verification of results.Very satisfied and recommend this store for your home improvement needs.

Went into the hooksett store today, store was not to busy was looking to buy a refrigerator for a family member, saw one we were interested in, saw a sales women who was obviously trying to avoid us, we went up to her to ask a few questions, she stayed on other side of the appliances making us feel very unwelcome, and she was not helpful at all and was a little on the rude side, also said there a $100 delivery fee on the refrigerator, Not sure If it was a fact or she was just trying to get rid of us, we left and went to Lowe’s where we were greeted right away and had made our $600. purchase in less then 20 minutes with free delivery

As expected the store front is unorganized, inventory not updated and a staff thats less than helpful. Zero motivation by the staff at the customer service desk. Lots of excuses. Inventory shows 16 rolls of chicken wire in stock so we purchased online for store pickup. We get to the store and ask for the order and service desk says we may not have it. So we said your online inventory shows 16 and we are told that means nothing. NOT HELPFUL AND WRONG ATTITUDE! We are just fed up with this store. The staff need some serious customer service retraining and a bood it the add for motivation.In the current climate with covid this not the time to treat your customers poorly.
