At this particular store the employees are very respectful, thoughtful, considerate and knowledgeable. They understand that every person is different and the need to learn every persons needs to best help them seems to be a high priority. For me they took the time to get me into a couple of choices that when finished I had a product comfortable and met my medical criteria also. I will be back for new shoes when this pandemic is over.

Excellent customer service! Footwear, specialty socks and foot related devices, wide variety of high quality slippers or flip flops whichever way you call them. So happy they are open again.

Parking garage entrance is off Pohukaina. Bottom level of the structure there is a walkway to the center of the plaza. You take a left to get to the store. Clean store. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Good place but hard to find.If you’re looking for it, it’s inside the building all the way to the end.

This is the new location for the Kakaako area (and replaces the old Ward Warehouse store). This shop is smaller than the old Ward location, but its still got a good selection of the newer styles, and the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The parking structure is just a hop away, so do your feet a favor - bag those rubbah slippahs and get something that feels good! I got the Olu Kais. Ahhhhh!
