Pretty shop, well stocked. But I am not a shop by appointment type of person. I dont feel free to browse under those circumstances. Hopefully they will return to regular shopping services soon.

Beautifully set up store with brilliant products, displays and illustrations. Very alluring even though in a white and brightly lit decor. One of the lady shopkeepers was very warm very welcoming offering to answer any questions I’ll have. The other lady shopkeeper or possibly the owner appears to avoid my questions while waiting for my shopper’s time limit to run out. I’ll be back if I could find out when’s her day off.

Major downsize from the store in Ward Center. However, it was still a pleasant shopping experience for us. They have a limited number of reading books now, but lots of crystals, stones, and jewelry. Many essential oils, fragrance sprays and candles. Their display of unicorn poop made us laugh. The parking spaces in front are tight and extremely tiny for average vehicles. So, be careful. Currently, you must make an appointment online or by phone before you can enter the store.

Great variety of jewelry. I didn’t have an appointment but the young man was still kind and welcoming. I came back a second time to purchase another ring. What a great experience I’m so happy with my purchase and with the great customer service. Thank you.

The new location is easy to shop and the staff is extremely knowledgeable helpful. Top quality crystals and several items made locally.... love their intention candles!! With COVID, you need an appointment, however, the appointments are easy to make and its nice to be able to look around with only a few others at the same time.

I was trying to use some crystal knowledge to converse and i may be too sensitive but the lady with the red hair seemed a little rude when i was talking and asking questions

I love the look and they have a lot of stuff but the workers were so rude and then talking down about customer when they walked out. The energy of the room was really negative. I will not return.

A great place to find yourself! They have everything from crystals to clothing, and everything in between. Im sure you will find something to love!

Well, its more commercial than it used to be. My son and I were also followed around by a man who never asked us if we needed help but spoke LOUDLY with other customers.Did recieve good service once we went to ring up though. Good selection of stones, incense, smudge sticks, oils and jewelry. But the vibe just isnt the same as it used to be. (Military family whose been off Island for the last 6 years)

Great shop for all things metaphysical. A wide selection of stones and crystals. They also have a good selection of jewelry and gem elixirs and oils. Friendly and helpful staff, too. Check it out if youre at Ward.

Bad vibes lately. Staff members act like they are doing you a great big favor by being there. I no longer look forward to going there. I only go if a friend wants to, then I will take them to the Bead Gallery, Bead It, etc.

This is my go-to store for all my supplies. They are always super helpful. I havent lived in HI for years but I always know I can get what I need and they will ship it to me with no fuss. They even sent me pictures when I was searching for a stone so I could pick the one I wanted within my price range. I LOVE THIS STORE!!

I wasnt feeling all myself today & it really broke me down. When I entered the store I really did not know what I was looking for but I needed to find an answer. Chris was awesome & caring, very gentle & easy to talk too, even though I cried most of the time, he made me feel comfortable & willing to open up, somethings Ive told him, Ive not told a soul & it felt so nice to open up to someone who didnt judge me one bit. I am glad I came in tonight. I made a beautiful bracelet with stones that he suggested & I felt are on point to what I was looking for in the beginning. I will be coming back for more!! Thank you so so much!! I wont ever take my bracelet off!!

I was looking for a list of crystals I compiled for anxiety. Everyone there was so helpful. I was approached by a woman who said she was drawn to my energy. I discovered she was a psychic just coming in duty and was so grateful to book a time with her. Grammy she said shes called was amazing and I was totally thrilled to hear everything she said. So sorry I had to leave. Next time I am in Waikiki, I will be sure to return to the Sedona Store. Could have stayed all day!

Quite like this place especially the hand strewn bracelets as its hard for me to find ones small enough for my wrist. Expensive but its in Ward mall so thats expected.There is one lady there not so helpful everyone Ive visited had bad vibes...but otherwise a bright and friendly place.

I think they must get a lot of shoplifters as the staff sort of stairs and follows you around in an unwelcoming manner. Guess if they think you dont have the money to make a purchase they will treat you as a suspect. I dont think there is another place on island that sells similar products but if there is Id rather shop their at this moment in time. It could just be the PTSD. Its a clean store with all the wonderful things you might need for you spiritual/otherworldly/dimensional/transcendent needs. But I just get bad vibes from several of the staff. So not necessarily my favorite. Still if it is the only place it was worth it to shop here.

Overpriced, and gimmicky.I could not believe how commercial and “white washed” this store felt. The vibes were WAY, WAY off.They had wildberry brand incense 10/$3.50 which is WAY expensive. Everywhere else it’s $0.15 a stick or 10/$1.50. Outrageous. A tiny single point tourmaline was $40.Sickening to me, honestly. I will spend my money elsewhere and I encourage others to do so as well.

Im not a happy customer.I went to have a social conversation with some of the metaphysical/healing community in Honolulu & got more bad than I bargained for.I dont trust psychic & metaphysical services because of this place.They were highly judgemental & ran the place like a normal cold calling business with prying & nonpermissive investigation of my life.I can order most products online & return to the Earth, then again;- why bother bringing it to Hawaii if its meant to be put back in the sea or land in erroneous places.Thumbs down here. Big thumbs down.

I tried to call me several times, but I cant get in touch. Anyway, when I went to the store, did you feel the atmosphere as posted? The clerk was only able to understand English, but could not understand the details. I dont know if it was a coincidence, but overall it didnt feel very good. Since the target thing was able to be purchased, it is good.
