DCT provided excellent product and customer service. From having me fulfill the necessary firearm education requirements and live fire orientation for firearm ownership and walking me through the process. DCT also offered a military discount.

I called ahead to make an appointment to buy ammo and to warn Dwayne that I had a ton of questions.Dwayne is extremely knowledgeable, understanding, attentive, and helpful with his suggestions. I inquired with Dwayne about placing a text message order with him. When I did so, I had no response so I called when the shop hours said open at 4:30 pm. A lady answered and said that I called residential and I could hear Dwayne in the background saying “wrong number” mind you I’ve been very pleasant and not pushy at all! And he was really nice my first 2 times there then all of a sudden flipped a switch. Seems like a sketchy place to go to nowadays. Stay safe and stay out of here!

Dwayne is always there to help. Anytime I have a question he never hesitates to offer his expertise on various firearms and ammo concerns. Shop might be small in size but Dwayne makes up for it with his big heart. Takes the time to make sure you know what youre getting and at a fair price. I am a dealer, FFL licensee and owner of Freedom Defense Tactical here in Wimberley, Texas. I have had multiple transactions with Danger Close Tactical and its owner, Dwayne, and have had nothing but a quick and efficient process every time. Rules and laws are significantly different and more complicated there in Hawaii than it is here in Texas regarding firearms, but Dwayne has the knowledge and expertise to get me clients the items that I send them in the easiest and quickest possible way. Read the reviews and had to check it out for myself. Wow, everything was true! Dwayne was awesome. I picked up some ammo and the prices were as low as the internet prices. I would recommend this store to everybody.

Dwayne is a very friendly and easy to talk to person who is also very knowledgeable about firearms. The specific firearm I was interested was not in stock but he said he can order it ASAP. I definitely recommend Danger Close Tactical to anyone new or experience in the search of firearms or related equipment.

Danger Close Tactical is a small gun store, but the owner, Dwayne, is a very knowledgeable, friendly and, most important, efficient guy. Bought a AR-15 Lower through DCT FFL. It went quickly without any issues. Will buy firearms/ammo again with Dwaynes help. Highly recommended!!!

Dwaynes customer service is impeccable! Small shop but his prices are very competitive, I payed less for my scope than online retail giants and both my scope and rifle arrived before my permit was ready with HPD. I look forward to do more business at Danger Close and know that whatever I need Dwayne can get it fast and at the best price.

Duane the owner is very friendly, I wish he had a bigger shop. Ive used his FFL twice and brought an ar15 lower. I would recommend him if you are purchasing a firearms from the Internet. He charges a $40 transfer fee which is pretty reasonable.

Danger Close is my first choice for an FFL transfer, even if the guy is on vacation hell pick up the phone to work out a transfer/transaction. Its also the only place you can also buy a snack after you finish your paperwork.

I searched the internet for a currently hard to find firearm and only found it in stock here by Google searching the UPC. I really appreciate this shop. Ive never bought from a gun shop in Hawaii but Dwayne was very helpful and prompt in getting my info and processing the order to be shipped to my FFL dealer here in AZ. And hes a cool dude to talk to. Hawaiians seem super chill and I kind of want to visit now, LOL. Mahalo!

Excellent. Call first. Dwayne, the owner, preferes to do business by appointment only. Truly a hidden gem (but not that hidden). Great advise from Dwayne on all things related to guns. Hell dial you in regarding the KOKOHEAD SHOOTING RANGE and their requirements. Prices are competitive, Dwyane is ultra friendly, easy going and helpful and a stand up guy. He can get almost anything that is available.......apparently out of thin air. Again, another Oahu gunshop owner who is tip top. This shop is worth a visit! It is truly unique. Pitt Bull.
