Unlike my experiences in other fine jewelry stores in Honolulu, Tiffanys is always friendly, never pushy and NEVER rude! Amy is a great associate, very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. For lovely, and yes affordable and tasteful gifts, Tiffany is a favorite. Give them a try. No hard sell, no shame. Love this store.

I recommend May or Stewart. They both have excellent customer service skills.The store is always clean and organized and they take social distancing seriously.

Customer service really went down the drain since after the Pandemic. All the purchases throughout the years/decades prior, service was always excellent despite dressed somewhat bummed out (don’t ever feel like dressing up on my day off). This time, looking to spend more than I usually do for a wedding gift for my baby brother, wife and daughter get snubbed out for carrying recently bought mall drinks. I mean I get it, no drinks in the store, but instead of offering to hold the drinks while we shop inside, we basically get snubbed off like a pack of hood rats. Guess it’ll be awhile before I ever step inside… if ever.

This Tiffany & Co. in Ala Moana Shopping is an excellent shop! The all the staff were very warm and friendly even though we were very dressed very casually with kids. They especially made my wife feel comfortable during the whole process.The Tiffany cookie present was a cute surprise too!

I wanted to get a special anniversary gift for my spouse and knew that Tiffany & Co would have some great choices that would mark this day in indelible memory. I spent time on the website to choose a handful of beautiful pieces and then read reviews of the Tiffany store in the Ala Moana Shopping Center. I was impressed with what I read and the name of a particular ambassador/associate had rave reviews. I arrived at Tiffany’s and was pleasantly greeted then directed to wait for an assigned salesperson due to current pandemic guidelines. After a couple of minutes of waiting in the clean and comfy lobby, I was introduced to Gerry (Gerald) who would be assisting me - Gerry was the Ambassador of Tiffany/Aloha that I had read about in the reviews! Other reviewers were spot on about the spectacular service received from him but I’d like to add that he actually made my time with him truly enjoyable as we connected on many levels of culture, family, and life as we moved around the store to view the pieces of jewelry that interested me. In short as this is getting long, I purchased two pieces knowing that I was receiving respected name, quality, service, and ongoing support from this iconic company and Gerry. Gerry went beyond my expectations and offered to help with arranging dinner reservations for my anniversary plans which propelled him to “Ambassador of Aloha” status! I highly recommend him to anyone but especially to locals as he embodies the spirit of the islands and the people who are generous with loving aloha.

This is only based on service. Prices are stupid expensive.They were Extreamly friendly, and we were able to walk around and look at everything.I about died when I saw a broach for over $60,000.00. Yes sixty thousand us dollars.Be ready to hide your wallet guys.

Went to the store and about to open the door and an employee/security guard came to door and asked how he could help me? I had my double heart Tiffany blue pendant on which has turned mint green and is bubbling and peeling and I asked him if they had a warranty on their jewelry and if the pendant can be replaced? He smiled and said no sorry we can’t help you with that and shut the door. I will never purchase anything Tiffany again.

I recently had a very negative experience at the other Tiffany & Co location. This was quickly made better by my wonderful experience at that ala Moana Center location.I was able to view their iPad and handle all the times I was interested in. I chose a heart shaped locket with a chain. The sales staff was knowledgeable and gracious. He was able to pull up my file and made my experience seemless.

Her service was second to none.She organised to have our old Tiffanys jewellry cleaned for us and then helped us through three different purchases on the day. Her patience and expert advice were really appreciated. She served us through her lunch hour and and nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure to shop with her.

The little blue box. Its a symbol that everyone knows and wants. The name is well renowned and the jewelry they carry is timeless. Yes, I do admit they are a bit overpriced; you are paying for the quality of the item and the name brand, but also you know that you can trust that your piece is legitimate (the real deal).I have come into this store many times, and have always received excellent customer service. You dont need to be wearing Prada shows or carry a Louis Vuitton. This store has exemplary customer service, no matter who you are. And even when I just browse and walk out with nothing, they are still very polite.They just remodeled their store; the renovation seems to have more the store smaller but sparkle more. They have a huge selection of jewelry- all the bling is in the front and the silver is towards the back for us folks who dont make 6 figures...They now even carry handbags and some decorative home items such as vases. They have keychains and money clips too. Some of their items have been around for awhile, like some of the Elsa Peretti designs but others have a short life (like the star collection).As I was browsing, the lady saw my Tiffanys diamond/pink sapphire platinum ring and told me about their cleaning service. Being the skeptic of nothing is free, I asked her the uncouth question of how much is it? She was kind and didnt look down at me for asking such a question. She said it was free. :)Customer Service is in the back... you can get your jewelry cleaned for free ($5 per piece for silver pieces) as often as you like.This store has high quality items and high quality service. Who doesnt enjoy getting the little blue box or walking around the mall with that little blue bag?I know I do; I just walked in today, and out with a smile and a little blue bag with a little blue box.********the little blue boxfilled with sparkles and shiny stufftimeless jewelry

Excellent ❗ Tiffany from all over the world ❗ I was able to shop very comfortably with very polite customer service in Japanese 😄Customer service while sitting on the sofa. There was also a bottle service for mineral water. It was nice to listen carefully to the story of after-sales service in Japan.I was grateful that I was tired from shopping for a long time.I think that you can get a better price than Japan because you only buy American brands.

Compared to the Royal Hawaiian Center, it is a calm customer service.It was a little disappointing that there was no stock of bags, but I saw a lot.
