My wife loves her Pandora bracelets. We started our collect many years ago here in Hawaii. This is our favorite shop. The lady that helped us knows about every piece, how old they are etc. Anyway we love to stop by and increase our holdings....I highly recommend this place for your next Pandora, Gold or other costume jewelry purchase.

Big shoutout to Richard at Pandora Waikiki!! Let me just say, this was the best customer service Ive ever received and will be returning for sure. He spent half an hour on the phone with me to handpick charms and necklaces that might be good gifts, even going as far to take pictures to show me which ones I would like.Someone get this man a promotion, because he sure as hell deserves one. Thanks for being so great, and highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a gift to drop by this Pandora!

Nice little store. Had a sale going on so I bought a bracelet and some charms. The sales person was helpful without being pushy.

If you go into store see herb yes herb is his name... and he is the best sales specialist there..what a great guy so helpful and nice.... I wish he worked at all the stores....I would buy from him all day... we ended up buying 13 Hawaii charms from him 3 kids got 3 each and two grandparent got 2 each ...You’ll see when you go in, just ask for himDan

I have never went in to a Pandora store and they couldnt clean because of an event going on. There was only 1 other person in the store. So I went back a few days later and got the same sales man (unfortunately) and he told me it would take an hour an a half to have my bracelet cleaned! Absurd! Ill be going online to find a charm. Worst Pandora store Ive ever been in!

I went here to exchange earrings I bought online and manager Jini said she couldn’t find anything wrong with them.I tapped one of the earrings to show her the rattling noise (from loose stone) it was making and she said I’m making the noise with my fingers.I initially went to local NJ store to exchange but couldn’t since they were out of stock.Since I was taking a trip to Hawaii, I figured I’d do the exchange here as I knew I was going to the mall with Pandora store.She decided that there were no issues with product that had obvious problem and very crudely said I had to do the exchange online since it’s “FREE”. I felt disgusted! One of the most rude customer service I have ever experienced in my life.If you’re trying to do exchange for online purchase at this store, good luck to you, you’re going to need it.

Miwa is horrible sales woman. I was lied too and told that a special was going on for March 24-30 by another sales rep I come in the 26 and she refused to honour the deal after explaining the situation when another staff memeber says to come speak with the manager tomorrow cause she may honour it for us she told us in the nasty rude way that it will not be honoured for us and we are out of luck. I would not recommend getting anything from this lady

I did shop here for souvenirs from Honolulu. Apart from the disappointing collection of Hawaii-exclusives I found staff was rather condescending. I have had better experiences at Pandora.

The workers are rude (at least to locals). My grandmother and mother went into the store looking for charms and the workers did not even look at them or acknowledge the fact that they were there. Later two couples came in and they directly went to help them. When my mother approached them one snobbed her and the other ignored her. The two workers were just very rude and it was a bad experience.

Oh no way! all the things are nice and got one for my wife, she was happy!
