Taryn Souza is an angel that helped me find a ring that wasn’t for sale anywhere except for in New York. I lost my ring in the ocean and she took care of finding the exact replacement and had it shipped to my house in California. This store needs people like her. I will forever be in her debt.

My fiancé took me into Kay Jewelers to pick out my engagement ring November 30, 2019 he picked out an amazing ring. I went in recently to pick up the wedding and anniversary band and completed my set. I love everything about shopping with Kay’s not just the Diamonds the people who work there are amazing.

My husband and I went to Kay in Ala Moana the first time to buy his ring. We had a nice sales representative, Asian woman talking to us.Today we went back there and for starts the store supposed to be open at 11am was closed. It was 11:30am and the sale representative told us to coming back in 25 min because they were cleaning . We went back after 30 min and the store still closed . ????The sale representative was very nice till we told her we were there for a service. We needed to resize our rings. She was rude and with no patience to take our services. When my husband told her we need my rings to be solder she kind try to persuade us to not to do it because she would have to open another service. As a sale representative, I guess, she should offer it before open a service, but she was trying to get rid of us.Unfortunately we didn’t get her name.

Had a great experience! Ring showed up earlier than expected, workers and managers were friendly and provided great service! Not sure why such low rating for this location. Definitely recommend giving your business to these guys!

My husband and I usually attend the Kapolei location but we were out shopping in the Ala Moana area and decided to get our jewelry cleaned. Long story short, the manager along with the sales representative comes back to tell us the diamond fell out and not only that but it’s my responsibility to pay for it to be fixed. They claimed the diamond was loose and was not their fault... But for the record my husband is active duty military he takes this earring in and out everyday as he cannot wear them to work. So if the diamond was loose it would have been fell out. I’m not saying the sale representative broke it but it was definitely not our fault either as it was in her possession. The manager should have volunteered to fix the earring on the company expense... Instead she walked off after my husband started to fuss and cuss. I will NEVER visit this store location again. Funny thing is.. I return to the Kapolei store and the manager apologized and volunteered to fix it on the house. However I purchased a warranty that same just in case there is anymore mishaps that will cost me money. So basically I still end up paying for the repair..

Ordered a ring and put down a 20% deposit on it. Kay called me three weeks later and told me that the exact ring I ordered was no longer available, but they could sell me an identical ring (same metal, size, width, fit) for $160 more than the one I originally ordered. Haha, nope. On top of that, they made me come to the store in person to get my deposit back.

I am completely appalled by the terrible customer service I have received and the complete incompetency of this location. In mid October I sent my wedding rings in to get repaired, and three weeks later Im notified that they are LOST. The supervisor tried to offer me a SMALLER diamond to replace it initially. When my husband and I questioned that, only then did she offer something comparable. I was assured I would have my ring one week later. I still hadnt received even a phone call with the status so I called them. The woman that answered the phone was very polite, but she told me the date had been pushed back. We PAID for the insurance plan, and so far all it has gotten me is a LOST ring, terrible customer service and no ring for one month. AWFUL.

The WORST customer service ever. I bought a Neil Lane and an anniversary band at the Pearlrdige Location yesterday. Bare in mind the Pearlridge Location went over and beyond to help me yesterday. Last night one of my diamonds fell out of my Anniversary Band so I went to the Ala Moana Location to exchange it since they had one in stock. They would NOT exchange my ring even though I had the paperwork in hand. They acted like it was my fault. I was not greeted to the effect of Welcome to Kay, how may I help you which is service you would get at any other Kay. Then they said, if they exchanged it I would lose $100 in Love Rewards. How do I lose rewards for exchanging a ring that diamonds have fallen out. I asked to speak with the manager and she stated she walked out. So I walked out and low and behold the Manager was shopping at the next store. This was 3:45pm in the afternoon. I went back and asked if she was on break and they said NO. This is the second time I have been to this store where they were bluntly rude, unprofessional and could care less about helping customers. On top of that talk about unprofessional wear. If I could give a 0 thats what they would get. I have spent over $15,000 in Kay and will no longer support this chain. Regional Manager, based on the other comments its time to replace this staff and start over. Donna at Pearlridge is the perfect person to bring into a Manager position here. When I called to talk with the Pearlridge Location they were so apologetic and horrified about my experience at Ala Mona and tried to do everything in their power to assist me.
