The Ben Bridge associates were great. It was Rolexs policy I had an issue with. Apparently you really do not own your watch. I had to replace the face of the watch and they would not return my old one and if I did not do what they wanted they would not guarantee their work or even perform it. They claim it is because they think you are going to sell it on the black market. I guess its ok to just presume all your customers are dishonest? They have you over a barrel and I have three of their watches and now am thinking were they a mistake?

This review is based purely off my interactions with Mr. Sato. He was very calm and pleasant to work with, and even though I seem like a young person that just wanted to look around he took his time and showed me great respect. The best part is even though I took up hours of his time, he never once pressed me to make a purchase and even told me to think things over because these purchases were not small. One thing my wife and I noticed about the Ben Bridge family was that when we went into the store to look for wedding rings, the staff looked for the right rings for us in our budget. I loved that we were NOT sucked into a regretful buy with a sales pitch. Most of the other jewelry stores were very off putting in that way and we had to quickly run out of there. The Ben Bridge stores all had great customer service and they have a lot of locations nationwide which allows us to access a Ben Bridge for any future concerns with our rings wherever I am stationed with the military.

What a crazy project! The upgrade to my diamond had been in the works for a couple of years, then I had a serious spine surgery that took a year to recover from. At the time of my surgery, we were on Oahu and one of my rings lost a diamond so we dropped it off with Hiroku at Ben Bridge. She searched for just the right replacement diamond and got it repaired, then sent my ring back to me on Maui. I felt she was very experienced and handled my repair well, so when we were ready to upgrade my diamond, I contacted her and she went right to work on it. I put ALOT of trust in her! I sent her my ring because due to CoVid ..... we couldn’t travel, even to Oahu. Hiroku found the perfect diamond and we were on our way to the upgrade! We kept in touch via text message and phone calls and when my ring was ready, Hiroku sent it to me on Maui. We were overwhelmed with my ring and the new diamond! It was perfect. It was a crazy project with not even physically seeing the diamond ..... but Hiroku made it happen and we are so grateful! Then she sent cookies and the most beautiful flower bouquet I’ve ever seen! Just wow! We could not be more impressed with the services of Hiroku and would not hesitate to trust her with any future jewelry projects. MAHALO!
