They were able to make a copy of a key using the number on the lock and avoid me having to rekey all of my locks. Awesome!

Sad to see the shop moved. Now instead of walking or Biki biking to it I have to get in a car and fight traffic. Not sure I will go that far Ewa unless all other closer options fail.

The young man who was in charge, while not rude, was completely devoid of any customer service or communication skills and it seemed he did not want to be bothered with questions such as how to locate the businessI recommend Salz Lock and Safe Co. because they were helpful and genuinely very nice people.

Writing this review is taking longer than my time spent in the store. Tried some other places with no success for the keys we needed. Got 3 keys cut in 2 varieties and he was done so fast we thought he was coming to say he couldnt do it. Told us to bring the keys back if they didnt work, and would recut no charge. Awesome place!

I went to four places to get some keys for my condo. After giving up because the keys never worked on my door. I went to buy a lock at Aloha Key and spoke to Jace and told me let me see keys. In about 2 minutes he had keys made told me to try them. They worked perfectly and saved me some good money.Mahalo Jace !!!!!!!
