Came in here to purchase a souvenir shirt for my dad. I cant remember his name (a former truck driver), but the man who rang us up was so sweet and possesses amazing shirt-folding skills! I think hes very personable and would make for a great manager! Please consider promoting him! Mahalo Harley Davidson!

Store was a run of the mill Harley shop as expected, but the employee was not only not wearing a mask despite the state, shopping center and Harley Davidson rule as clearly posted, but she was encouraging us to remove our masks and breath in some fresh air

Wanted to stop in Waikiki to get a new shirt and poker chips. The girl was counting her drawer and motioned she was closed. Although it was 645. Sign on the door clearly said 7pm. Shame on her. As anyone knows HD stands for Hundred Dollars. 2 of each poker chip and a buttom up shirt (I collect them from everywhere we go). Clearly she doesnt care if we spent some more money, she will still get her same hourly wage. I dont say earn her wage, because obviously she didnt do that.

Outstanding helpful courteous service. Wide selection of clothing, sizes, etc. And they validate parking!

Once I found it it was all right but it took me probably 13 people to even know what I was talking about and 20 minutes and I was in hurry

I was visiting Hawaii with my family and I have a Challenge Coin collection. I wanted to add just a Hawaii or Honolulu coin to my collection, but no one on the Island has anything, except for Harley-Davidson. They had 2 to pick from, which is rare - most only have 1 or none at all. Each location pays for their own. The manager, I believe his name was Jerry, was a great guy. He and I talked about Challenge coins and shared stories. I purchased 1 of the coins offered and after our chatting, he and I presented each other with other coins we had. I had a Donald J Trump Keep America Great 2020 coin and he had a Honolulu Police coin. Great guy and very personable.

Extremely friendly staff and the stores are very supportive of our veterans!

My family goes back a couple generations as Harley Fans and we all take time to visit any Harley Shop when we visit a new town. While no bikes are on display there is a great variety of Harley clothing to peruse here.The real gem here is the staff though. It is nice to talk to down to earth, friendly, and helpful people who honestly are there to help you. I bought some clothing to mail to family and a dang fine quality shirt for myself.

Went there 3 times in 1 week. Great little shop. The young fella working in there was so helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Thank you jomar

Very Nice Shop!! Close to our hotel and great selection. Customer service was as best as Ive had. Got a very nice Hawaiian shirt with a great discount. As the other review said, its in the RH Shopping Center on second floor, use PF Chang as a landmark.

Was just there this past September for our anniversary visited four of their locations to checkout their specials. Found the stuff I needed and brought back HD souvenirs for my fellow HOGs. Great service especially at the one ny PF Changs. See you next year.

Went to this shop around 3PM or 4PM yesterday (Sept 2, 17) & the ONLY lady sales rep (old lady in her 50s I guess) in the store (Royal Hawaiian Center) was just the type whos unwilling to help! Why?! The store wasnt busy at all when we came in but she looked like she had the LONGEST DAY ever. Weve been to diff. Harley stores in diff. states as my husband owns a couple of bikes (w/c we dont have to say out loud just to be handled or accommodated well). Weve been here in Hawaii for barely a month now now & by far this ladys customer service was the WORST. Unwilling to answer questions/inquiry, her facial expression when responding makes you wanna think twice of asking a follow up question coz she has it all over her face that shell tick off anytime soon & lastly, its obvious that she discriminates! Were Asians, YES.. we look young, YES.. & were proud where were from & were HARDWORKING MILLENNIALS -- you better not judge who comes in the store coz just when you thought you knew but you who have no idea at all. Either you get yourself more customer service skill training or start looking for another job, maam.

Do not follow these directions, they lead you behind the small Waikiki police sub-station. This store is located in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, located in building A (Cheesecake Factory is in building C) on the second level near P.F Changs.
