BUYER BEWARE . . . ESPECIALLY IF PURCHASING A GIFT!!!!I received the YEHWADAM HWANSAENGGO Ultimate Youth Cream set ($99) as a birthday gift from my son. I tried the samples that he received and it made me break out the first time. I gave it a few days & tried the samples again, and once again I broke out. My son was not given a gift receipt, so I was unaware that there is a 2 week return policy. I didnt open the actual set yet, but Im unable to exchange it for something else, so Im stuck with $99 worth of product that will go unused. The store manager or supervisor on duty was unable or would now allow an exchange. VERY disappointed with the customer service and that the manager was not able to do something to accommodate the needs of their customer. With the number of store out there to choose from, the one thing that can make a store stand out from the rest is the customer service. Because of this negative experience, I will NEVER shop at The Face Shop again.
