Not a fan of the revamped International Marketplace but Id go here just to visit Kula &a Ko for their delicious pineapple cakes!The very welcoming ladies there enticed us with samples, and I ended up leaving with two boxes. So far, they have a buttery crust, chocolate, and macadamia. I bought the chocolate and buttery crust. The boxes are beautiful and make great presents for the sweet tooth friend.The cakes are a bit like shortbread, but not as firm. They have a good crumble without falling apart. And the pineapple filling has the right amount of sweetness. They go great with a cup of tea!Each large box comes with six individually wrapped cakes. Honestly, I was going to give each cake away, but I kept them all to myself because theyre so good!I was fortunate to be there on a holiday weekend so they had a sale of 15% off.

Came across this place while on vacation; wishing I had bought more to stuff in my bag back to the mainland. Friendly service. Must stop by and check out, our favorite is coconut.

For anyone looking for something new to try, come check this place out! There are 3 different kinds, chocolate, buttery, and macadamia crusted cookies with a pineapple purée almost. A unique taste on a new item! Loved the chocolate!
