At 9:00 am I walked into the store to make a purchase and was physically assaulted by an angry individual that needed a cab. The two cashiers told the man that they could not call him a cab so he proceeded to physically assault me. I was in shock. The cashiers were behind a coulter that protected them but myself as a customer was not protected. I am very disappointed with the fact that they had no protocol to protect there costumer as I was in the open with no other costumers in sight. What can be done to avoid this in the future?
If they had more of a variety & better selections to choose from like an actual grocery store than that would be wonderful. Because ofcourse ever since the food pantry closed down,it sucks not having a grocery supermarket nearby for the ones who live in Waikiki.
The store is closed down.
Good selection of products. Friendly and cheerful staff. Has most things you might need, and very close to the Ambassador Hotel.
Awful customer service. The lady working the register was rude and disrespectful. She yelled at my husband for touching the tee-shirts. He was only checking the size. When we checked out she hounded us to use exact change. Horrible experience.
Wonderful customer service. They allowed me to sit on the ground when I felt lightheaded from the heat.
Almost every product they sell is expired by at least 4 months. Dont shop here. For anything.
Great selection of snacks and last minute items for the house of hotel. Beer, wine, liquor, cold drinks, candy, snacks, fruit, sandwiches and smokes.
Minimal selection of wine, fresh, frozen and junk food.
Walked in to look for something cheap to eat, found a tuna sandwich at half price because it was the last day they could sell it, just what i was looking for. 5/5
