Came over to Oahu from big island to help support local. Found some swimwear we liked at rip curl on Tuesday, and went jack on Friday 7-17-20. 2 women were working in an otherwise empty store. As we entered they seemed to busy to acknowledge the only customers in the store. We were about to purchase swimwear when I asked a question. We got another rude response, and a kind of flippant shrug. We decided to leave without purchasing anything. I let them know they just lost a customer due to a lack of customer service. We received more bad attitude and excuses. I asked to speak to a manager and they both said they were managers. Too bad.
