While the layout of store and its agents speak immaculate volumes, it was extremely disappointing for my husband and myself to shop around the store for over an hour only to repeatedly hear we dont have your size when inquiring about multiple pairs of shoes. At this point, this was becoming normal to hear while attempting to shop at the designer stores in Waikiki. With my husband wearing a US size 11 in men and me wearing a US size 9 in women, our sizes should not be so hard to come across. However, we were told by multiple stores in Waikiki that the island caters to the Asian population who tend to be smaller than African Americans. One particular store (Armani Exchange) went as far as saying my race didnt start to make a heavy prescence as tourist until after the pandemic restrictions lifted. While they didnt mean to be offensive, it was definitely offensive. Moncler was the only store that was able to order my shoe and get it to me before leaving the island. By no means should this review reprimand anyone but the owners and brokers who felt it would not be discriminatory to think races outside of Asian shouldnt be considered. Waikikis designer stores are definitely body shaming, and what makes matters worse is that I am 511 under 200 lbs. and my spouse is 60 under 200 lbs. We are not above or below average built individuals so why was it that NO STORES had normal sizes in stock?? Oh, Armani states a 31 is considered XL, which flabbergasted me!!!! My 97lb teenager wears a 31. #discriminatory and stereotypical mindset.... Oh, please exclude Gucci, as we were able to make multiple purchases on multiple days.
Really horrible customer service from the manager ( tall brunette male) he patronized me like no one else. Wont buy from that store ever again.
Very well-equipped store with friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Best deal in every nye discount 40-70% every year
Extremely dissapointing. Zero customer service. Staff almost seemed annoyed to help us. The African American gentleman downstairs was professional and polite, but the rest of the team seemed unhappy we were in there. Really frustrating as yesterday we bought $800 worth of stuff in Armani Exchange, Waikele and wanted to top it up with the different range in Waikiki, but not with that kind of service. Shockingly bad.
