Excellent selection of smokes, fairly laid back atmosphere. However, the owner can be rather terse, some would say rude. But if you can get past that you will find the cigar you want at a fair price. The store is on the small side and the humidor takes up the bulk of the stores space. Theres a small sitting area with a television. And, sometimes boxes clutter the area. Its one of two decent cigar shops on Oahu, so give it a shot.

Great little shop! Joe was very welcoming and accommodating...no B.S. and a wealth of knowledge. Awesome well-aged sticks that you cant normally find in shops. Will definitely be stopping by here again next time Im on island.

Great choices and prices in cigars, Joe was very helpful and i was able to enjoy one in the store. The negative reviews are useless and doesnt reflect my experience. Seems to many people complain for stupid reasons. If you want a corporate welcome instead of a local experience, I suggest you go to another place for that feeling.

Back in the day you went in pick your cigar, get one cut and then sit down and enjoy it. No more, very knowledgeable on cigars in humidor.

So I got to go by Cigar Cigar yesterday and I must say it’s not your typical cigar shop . It’s really just the owners little piece of the world . Not vary big, not vary keep .boxes stack on top of themselves take up about half the show floor . A small seating area with about four seats in front of a large tv on the other side A small walk in humidor full of a good selection of cigars . I made small talk with Joe . He was really nice to me . Vary talkative. Really liked to talk cigars, but it’s been his life and business for the last 35 years . It’s what he knows . Prices where expensive, but I understand why . A lot of cigars are aged for five years before being placed out for sale and boy can you tell the difference . The OpusX cigar I got was one of the best I have ever smoked . Super nice . Super smooth. Really cool place .

Was recommended here by a close friend while in Honolulu on travel. The shop is kind of like a neat old library, but for cigars. Joe knows were he has put each and everyone, even if it doesnt look like it to an outsider. He even opened a 5 year old box of Opus X for me, even though it was my first time there. I will definitely be back each time my travels bring me back his way.

I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and Joe the owner helped me select a beautiful humidor and a great selection of cigars. He was extremely helpful and kind and I ended up getting an amazing package. I cant understand the negative comments, nothing but Aloha spirit on my visit. I will be back to fill this beautiful humidor as long as I am on Oahu.

Update your operating hours! Came by today and your closed when it said you were open.

Joe was super friendly and helpful to me, helped me find a couple of really good cigars in my price range. I will definitely stop in again next time Im in town!

Passed by the day before and decided to stop in, but that was a mistake. Spent the whole time receiving arrogant comments from the man working there. I smoke pipe tobacco and asked if they had any tins. Didnt expect anything but thought I would ask. The man produced one tin and then began to regard me as an idiot for not wanting it. He had no regard for my personal taste, brand preference, or anything. He had that one tin and apparently I knew nothing about tobacco for not wanting to buy it. Furthermore, I am in my mid twenties, but the man went ahead and called me kid the whole time. He cared more about his own ego than tobacco or customer service. He had his head far up his own. Assume poor service.

Pompous and not helpful. I asked for a few specific different brands of cigars (Montecristo #2, Rocky Patel edge, drew estate java mint) says he carries these in other flavors but doesnt carry cheap cigars. I was offended and replied that because a cigar is expensive, that doesnt make it a good cigar and the same thing that because a cigar is cheap, your words doesnt necessarily make it a bad cigar. He replied, I have all these other cigars in my humidor you never looked at. More interested in what he had in his humidor for sale instead of catering to the customer.

Cigar-Cigar is awesome. Joe the owner knows cigars. I live in Haleiwa, but when Im in Honolulu I always try to stop in and smoke my favorite Diamond Crown Maximus. Hes very helpful. Every stick Ive smoked there has been great . Cigar- Cigar is N0#1 with me. If you want quality cigars this is the place.

Joe was helpful but sarcastic. He knows his cigars. Reasonable and average pricing from cigars from the main land.He is bias to selling his favorite brand cigars.

The store was a mess! Cardboard boxes fill the front window and clutter up the store. I was looking for some cigars for a family members birthday. I knew what type of smoke he was in the mood for, but was constantly being berated and harrased, for my choices, by the owner. When I asked if they had any specific cigars, Cohiba, Macanudo, etc. (which they didnt have), he skoffed at MY taste in cigars. I will not return and hope this review will save you a trip to the wrong business.
