The store has many Aloha Santas, a wide selection of family ornaments that can be personalized and added to as your family grows and expands. 10/28/21.Wow! Theres nothing like thinking of christmas in Hawaii in 90 degree weather, when you from New York! You know you have to by a Christmas sovenir, the tree decor $7+, They have a great selection of inscriptionable items. There nothing like a hula girl on your Christmas🎄.

Great place. No really unique items but still has a lot of cheer. They have workers with great penmanship. The hours of operation are correct except Google shows it closing at 9:30pm.

Great selection and the staff were all so helpful! Many of the ornaments can be personalized and we found just what we wanted here. They did a beautiful job on the customization.

A very fun tourist stop. 75% personalized clay ornaments. If thats not what youre into, youre going to have a pretty small selection of ornaments. I found the price to be reasonable considering the free personalization. I did feel really bad for the calligrapher because she was the only one and the ornaments were stacking up around her. She seemed to be taking it in stride but I was stressed out for her. Hopefully she gets a helper soon!

Christmas is my favorite holiday so imagine my delight when I came across this store while on vacation in July. I loved the ornament selection and bought way more than I needed (or did I). The staff was friendly but not overbearing. Store was super crowded but it is on a high tourist walking path. It is a HI, get with the relaxed vibe and go with it! If I cant get back I will order online.

We always love stopping in Christmas stores across the country. It was fun to find one right off Waikiki Beach! Our children loved checking out the huge number of ornaments and decorations. We picked up a few as mementos of our trip. The staff was helpful and helped us find the specific styles of ornaments we were looking for. Highly recommended!

The Manager/owner? John is the rudest man I have come across. No customer service skills. My wife purchased 3 decorations last night. We returned today to collect and de used to purchase 2 more. The deal was if you purchased 4 you got 1 free. This man John refused to honour this arrangement and then proceeded to act quite rudely. In the end we decided not to purchase anything else. I noted he also told other prospective customers not to touch the decorations.. Suggest you look at buying elsewhere. He obviously has a problem with Australian people.. if he keeps running his business like this, he will end up with no customers.

I love Christmas!!! Our company trains agencies around the USA. Everywhere we go we buy a themed or personalized Christmas ornament so that at the end of the year as we decorate the tree, we can recall our blessings of provision by God and remember the lovely places we visited.I am absolutely thrilled with the ornament and the personalization. The service was quick enough for having it personalized. Such a cool ornament.However, the service wasnt very friendly. When I was leaving with my ornaments, I wished the two ladies a blessed day. The one didnt acknowledge me and the other went, mmm-hmmm.What is that? I think maybe I need to open up a customer service training course. 😆Please like my review if you appreciate that I take my time to honestly review/inform/update on this place before you spend your money. My mother and I tried going here today to buy one ornament. The store wasnt overly busy, but had two families customizing lots of ornaments. They didnt tell us they would be with us in a few minutes, no acknowledge whatsoever. After waiting almost 15 minutes to cash out, we decided to put the ornament back and leave. We are very disappointed.

We always get ornaments made once a year wherever we vacation and were so happy to find this store! Super friendly staff with a plethora of ornaments to choose from. We went in late one night and since our babe was ready to leave, opted to come back and pick up ornaments. Due to other reasons we had to wait two days to come back. The store was so understanding our ornaments were well taken care of during the wait! If you choose to wait, personalization can be done in as little as 15 minutes. Received 3 ornaments for roughly $38, including personalization!

You can have your gifts personalised with a calligraphy artist. She is incredibly talented. Great friendly service
