Great shave ice flavors! Add a snow cap and you have a real treat. The downfall was that they stop making crepes an hour before they close. Then we tried again before heading to the airport and it was going to take too long for the pan to heat...bummer!

Dropped by this place after snorkeling and pizza at an early afternoon. Wasnt expected to see Obamas pictures in the store.The açaí supreme bowl really hit the spot. We also had a mango drink, shaved ice, and a milk tea. The lady behind the counter was very accommodating with my request of no sugar in the milk tea and açaí bowl.

Very very good shaved ice! I honestly cant remember exactly what I had because we had shaved ice all over Oahu but I can tell you it was one of the better places that stands out in my memory. It was a little bit crowded when we stopped but it was a sunny and warm day at around mid day so that was to be expected especially after considering it was good and reasonably priced. Cheers to the staff at Kokonuts!

This is one of my fave Shave Ice spots. So many different flavors and toppings. My fav being coconut and watermelon and snow capped! My boyfriend alternates from the shaved ice and crepes. The crepes are really good too. There are a lot of snacks and desserts to choose from! There is a $10 minimum for cc use, so just a heads up!

Okay so this place has a lot of high reviews, its a high-profile Area, and is even recommended by Obama allegedly. All of that holds no merits with me we simply were driving by and had a sweet tooth to satisfy. Boy am I glad we did this was the best Shave Ice we have ever tasted. The girls that make the ice are very sweet and nice and its in a beautiful downtown district outside of Honolulu right next to Kokos Mountain

Matsumotos and Ululanis were nice and had queues... but this was the best... soft and fluffy and I tried Obamas pick which I think was lemon lime and cherry and it was sweet and refreshing.Its tucked away in a nice neighborhood, in a small mall by the marina. Theres a Leonards Bakery truck in a car park too.

This place is adorable, loved the owner, such a sweet passionate lady. It has amazingly great food. The Açaí bowls with toasted coconut were amazing as were the energy bars and shakes. We visited a few times cause it is that good!!

The cashier lady was pretty rude to me & my family. All we tried to do was ask her questions on our order because we were waiting a while and seen everyone behind us get theirs before us. Instead of talking to us kindly as we were to her, she was super rude in tone like we were irritating her. She talked to my brother as if he was slow in the head. Jus was a little shocking cause she treated all the other customers there differently. Nevaaa EVAAA coming back to this place again. WORK on your customer service 👎🏼👎🏼

Great for a hot day!They lose a star because I asked for raspberry and pineapple but ended up with raspberry and banana. I was craving shaved ice and looked it up on yelp. This spot popped up.It was in a busy complex, so at times the parking can be busy.The girl we had was there alone. She was pretty diligent with getting orders done. They offered Acai bowls, but I just stuck to the shaved ice.You get to choose 3 flavors and the serving is pretty good!Price is good too!My boys have dairy allergies and she was pretty good with making sure there was no cross contamination.

This is absolutely my favorite place for shaved ice on the island! They also give you options for ice cream and sweetened condensed milk. Even the small Shave Ice is rather large. With an Entertainment Book (download the Entertainment Coupons app), you can do a buy one get one free small shaved ice. I recommend a raspberry and coconut shaved ice with ice cream in the bottom.

Great store that offers so much! Candy snacks to absolute health drinks, I love it here. Theres so many different drinks and its generally cheaper than Starbucks. I get a matcha blended drink with soy and rice balls. 4.75, cheaper than Starbucks, and way more delicious. And Im vegan and the woman in there will always make off menu items to suit my needs. Love it! Prepare for a wait as it IS LOCAL and not hugely staffed but that makes it better to me. :)

Super slow service. Waited 25 minutes just to get two medium shaved ices. There was a line out the door on a Saturday night and the girl working couldnt have been any slower. Why is there only one person working on a Saturday night? Additionally, the flavors were not special and were very artificial. Dont go there just because Obama did.

Yummy shave Ice in a bustling shopping center in Hawaii Kai Marina park. No frills but friendly staff and high quality flavors and toppings. Try their lilikoi, coconut and guava with condensed milk, its all the island flavors in every spoonful!

Went there, bought shave ice but it was horrible, its super sweet. The cashier also seem impatient when my kid is deciding what flavor she wants. We cant eat their shave ice, it just color with a lot of sugar.

Rude and condescending waitresses kept looking at each Other when I was trying to order and kept laughing at my answers and made meFeel very uncomfortable. Hands down the best acai and pitaya bowls on the island. I have been to so many on Oahu and after considering price, service, size and tastiness. This place trumps all! Its a small little shop that isnt ever super busy but those who go know its amazing! Highly highly recommend!
