We highly recommend Homeowners Design Center. We found it difficult to envision how our kitchen would look by viewing our architects blueprints. Randall inputted the measurements into his program and created 3d visuals for us to review. Based on numerous meetings with him, we made changes based on his recommendations, to improve the flow and functionality of our kitchen. He came to our house, measured the spaces to ensure that things would fit, and connected us with suppliers and craftsmen who did excellent work. We purchased our cabinets from HDC and are happy with the design and value that we got for them. We enjoyed working with him through a normally stressful process, and highly recommend him and HDC.

Sales associate Steve was friendly and helpful. He seemed a little nervous and unsure - maybe he was new? But it was very endearing. He shared stories about how he came from Chicago to help his father with his hime renovations ans then decided to stay in Hawaii. We purchased a waterproof wood flooring for our bathroom.

Big shout out to Randall Omoto. We went to Homeowners Design Center as we were considering a kitchen and bath remodel. Randall helped us and offered great cost-saving suggestions. He was so honest and puts the customers needs first.

My wife and I went as a walk-in last week to their office in Honolulu looking for kitchen cabinets and Randall Omoto helped us. I have never received better customer service from any company in my life, he was great! He worked with our budget and helped us design our kitchen until we came up with the perfect design. He was very patient and helpful, I would recommend Homeowners Design Center to all my friends and family.

The Flooring associate called in sick for our 08:30 am appointment and no other flooring associate available when I arrived at 08:20am. Not a way to run a business.
