I have been using golden cabinets since they were located next to the airport years ago! For my last four jobs doing remodels in my investment properties and personal home, Rain has been the representative that has guided us the whole way. His knowledge and attention to the smallest detail combined with beautiful marble and high quality solid wood cabinets has insured my patronage for life ! I wouldnt use their competitors if they gave me a 50% off coupon!

I purchased White Everest Calcatta for our kitchen. I was NOT told that the seams (veins in the calcatta) would not match. The corner near the range does not match at all and looks terrible. I tried to catch the installers before they left, but they were too fast. I called to complain and see if they could come back and fix this, but was told there is nothing they can do. I tried to explain how the veins should align or at the very least the seam shouldnt be so visible. But was again told that nothing can be done and that is just how it is supposed to look. I honestly dont know what to do at this point. I dont know countertop installers (that is why I paid so much $$ for them to do the install). I just want my kitchen to look nice! Very displeased this time and will not be returning to Golden Cabinets.

I have been working with Yuki for a few years, as I slowly bring my 16-year-old dump into the 21st-century. She is charming, knowledgeable, prompt, and, most importantly when working with a self-centered psycho like me, patient, even tempered, and kind.After my bathrooms and kitchen were completed, I decided to put a kitchenette upstairs. Check out my before and after pictures. Because of the botched pandemic response, I assembled and installed them myself (old dogs certainly CAN learn new tricks, you can too!) I am so pleased with my work, the quality of craftsmanship, and the reasonable cost, that I have decided to put cabinets in my laundry/pantry room. WooHoo!Do it!

We have had the most pleasant experience purchasing our kitchen cabinets and floors at Golden cabinets. We went there several times before committing. We also went to majority of competitors on the island and cannot compare the service and quality. They care about every person who comes through the doors. Anna is very intelligent and knowledgeable. She can design your kitchen and knows a lot more than any contractor Ive met. We bought the most expensive kitchen in the showroom and it is so beautiful. They came out and measured as many times as needed to ensure that everything fits perfectly. The installation was fast and with quality. You can tell the installer took pride in his work. They were careful with our newly renovated condo and cleaned after themselves. I am looking to now get my shower done with their help. I definitely will go back and recommend that you trust them with your needs. Just fyi, I am not an easy person to please and Anna called me several times after the work was completed to ensure that I was completely satisfied. Thank you Anna. These guys did A wonderful job in our kitchen.

Experienced horrible service at their warehouse. Staff at the warehouse have zero customer service skills. I had to call the main office just to have someone service us. The main office rep herself said these guys in the warehouse are awful, “You need to call the owner and complain about them”.

Great experience. Came in on Tuesday to look variety of options for kitchen cabinets and countertops for island and windowsills. Placed order on Thursday, measurements were completed on Saturday. Two weeks later the Cabinets,countertops for kitchen, island, and windowsills were installed in 2 days. Very easy communication and straightforward pricing with no hidden costs.

These guys are the best youll find on island. We came into their office with basic measurements of our kitchen and Sam drew up an accurate blue print in minutes. We installed the cabinets ourselves and used their contractors for the countertops.Our kitchen turned out fantastic. Best money weve spent on our home!

Excellent customer service; Anna reviewed the design of my kitchen and made creative suggestions. The demo and installation of the new cabinets and counter tops went as promised in two days. The first day was dedicated to the demo and installation of the new cabinets, the next day installation of the cabinet hardware was completed and the counter tops and full backsplash were installed, every piece fit perfectly. The kitchen was cleaned up the new cabinets vacuumed inside and polished outside. Excellent workmanship, highly recommended.

I got these cabinets through our contractor (Ozzys construction) And there are about three months old the doors are already falling off and they only used half inch screws for the hinges Also the craftsmanship is very poor, buyer beware

We were referred to this business by a local contractor to select cabinets and countertops.You dont have much in styles to choose from but sometimes thats a good thing. It was easy to choose cabinets from the four choices available. The counter selection was not as easy. Granite or quartz, light or dark colors, easy maintenance or not.The people there speak English and other languages and they are not pushy.Parking, they have a private lot so you wont have to find street parking. We were in and out in 30 minutes.

Price beats Home Depot. Lots of counter top selections. Sales is not pushy and service is fast. Iam happy with our purchases.

I am a SF Bay area flipper and was hesitant with the granite install... its such a focal part of the home. Jimmy our installed was great!!! Less than a 16th seam and very clean work. I plan on using them again on my next project in Honolulu. Although there is a language barrier just trust that Jimmy knows what he’s doing!

Very poor customer service. I work for a multi-million dollar company and we do a lot of business with these guys unfortunately. Every time I go in to place and order or make inquiries Im blatantly ignored and almost unwelcome it seems. I do not recommend this company, simply because of the staff. If it were up to me we wouldnt use these guys anymore. Very poor customer service.

Im very disappointed, we ordered and paid for two different kinds of granite,. When our contractor went to pick it up, they did not have the granite. I subsequently had to chose something else sight unseen. They are unreliable as far as I can see. They said they were sorry but that doesnt help me! Un satisfied customer
