I love to go to Sally’s for anything having to do with my hair, makeup, nails, even my cosmetic tools, and hair accessories, hair tools ranging from straighteners, curling iron’s. In fact my best hair straightener comes from Sally’s. Not expensive at all, prices are just right for anyone and everyone. What would you rather have, a cheap hair dye box that last about a week in a half?, or hair dye from Sally’s that last more than 8 weeks?! I choose Sally’s.Margie Arthur

Visited Sally Beauty Supply store in the Hawaii Kai Costco Shopping complex this morning for the first time. . and LOVED it! Didnt get to spend as much time in there as I would have like, but Im glad I went. The store was bright and clean, shelves were orderly and neat, and the array of nail polish colors literally took my breath away. It was better than Disneyland for a kid. We received exceptional service from Kevin, the sales associate on duty. Upon entering, I asked if they had CelluCotton Coils in stock and Kevin proceeded to that section of the store asking if Id prefer the packaged or boxed ones. I wanted the 500 and he suggested getting the bigger 3 lb box for less than $3.00 more -- great deal!! Mom & I continued browsing and she picked up a shampoo/conditioner for use on silver hair; at the register Kevin suggested we take the prepackaged shampoo/conditioner/additional free leave-in spray set in a larger size for a cheaper price. He also let us know of the sales prices and bogo deals they were having on essential oils...which was way cheaper than what we usually pay. All-in-all a great shopping experience....bargains all around.I highly recommend Sallys Keahole Street location. And a Shout Out of Aloha to KEVIN, an outstanding Sallys sales associate. Thank you Kevin for your advice, expertise, and your patience with us.

I bought a couple products from here and it didnt work out and when I tried to return them even though they said I could bring it back if it didnt work out they refused to give my money back... Their customer service is so bad they dont even deserve one star.
