Easy 5 stars! This local business goes above and beyond. I needed 100+ prints made of 2 different portraits drawn by my sister of our dear friend who we recently had lost. It was a sensitive situation for us, and we put a lot of thought into selecting the right printing service. We took a chance by going with Copy Hut, and Im so glad we did. Dave and TJ gave us the VIP treatment, with follow-up calls, emails, and more. They were so cordial and professional in their correspondence with us, always did what they would say they would, when they would say theyd do it. They obviously had strong communication with each other as a team. We needed those prints fast, and they were straight-forward with us regarding what was possible. They also were great at helping us problem solve, offering alternative (and better) options specific to what we were trying to achieve, and more. This is exactly the kind of service I want to support. They really care, every step of the way. Equally important too, they did a phenomenal job! Im truly grateful for the quality of their service. I will be returning in the future, bet! Highly recommend.

They were absolutely on top of printing my academic poster (A0 size, full color PDF) and delivering it to my hotel. And it cost less than any place Ive ever used on the mainland. No hassles at all, and excellent quality and service. Definitely easier than flying with a poster. They even called when delivering to check if they should drop it at the front desk or hand it to me. I was at the Hālona blowhole, so I didnt have the chance to thank them in person.
