Stay away from this place.I had a first great experience with a salesmanMarcelin and bought a new car in 2017.I m here today ( sunday 3 )to pick up my serviced carTalked to the phone twice to make sure I ll be able to pick up my keys and car this morning, everything under control dont worry I was told.Come to the dealership to be told codly sorry no keys here come back tomorow.I do Explain the situation, same answer.Came on uber, organized everything, have to pick up my kids now to my ex wife but that does not matter to their Manager here.Be professional, dont make those mistakesAnd if you do make those mistakes be professional and listen to your customer and try to find a solution.Dont talk to them with zero respect or consideration,This is my first negative review in my whole life but I feel people need to know where they are going, working hard to buy a car to be just considered as a fish or prey in here is not something we deserve.

Service manager REFUSED to accept a coupon sent to me in the mail, with the dealership’s name and address on it, BEFORE the expiration date! Said they would not honor this coupon and instead were going to charge me $100 for the oil change/tire rotation instead of $40 the coupon was good for. BAIT AND SWITCH! DO NOT TRUST!!

Correctly diagnosed a gas leak. Unfortunately part not available and needed to be shipped by slow boat from East coast. Thank God, no immediate use for a car now. Probably a few more weeks for repair. Youd think I have a Maserati or Lamborghini. Hopefully the rail is finished soon.

Ive been loyal to the brand CHEVROLET; purchased 1997 Camaro RS, Chevy S-10, 2001 Chevrolet Corvette, and 2011 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport; all at JN Chevrolet.. I had my 2011 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport towed by Empire Towing Co.; Which did a professional job of getting my vehicle to JN without a scratch. After paying $900.00 for service/oil change,I receive my vehicle damaged! Scratches on my left fender, passenger door, and my passenger side rocker panel is cracked! I never thought I would be treated soo poorly and unprofessionally by the Vice President of the JN Chevrolet Co. Belittleing me in front of his employees and other customers.. The worst customer service that I have EVER experienced by a Vice President who represents JN Chevrolet group. This Vice President forgot how to treat his customer with respect and humility, but had to be reminded by ME to not raise his voice in public; he has lost my respect as a long time customer and loyalty to the brand CHEVROLET. Can I please meet with real boss, thank you

Made an appointment about 6 weeks ago for routine service. Received email reminder from them 2 days before appointment that we were all set for service appoidntment at 7:30 am. We show up on time and service is closed. Sign outside says service/parts open at 8:00am. We wait till 8:00am. Call. Leave a message. Nothing. Haha... simply ridiculous. 2 more customers with appointments just rolled up with appointments and they both received email reminder also.Just an awful operation.

Ive come here a total of about 4-5 times for service. First time was hands down amazing compared to service received at SERVCO about 2 years ago. The last time I went in for service was Dec 17. I was quoted a price and told I needed to prepay for all parts and service before I returned. I could not pick up my car the same day so I made the payment over the phone and picked my car up the next day. I was told Id be called when the parts arrived. I waited and for over 2 weeks and never received a call for parts that was supposed to be express shipped. So I called and surely my parts were there. So I made another appointment to have my car serviced. When I came in for the appointment I was given a secondary bill that also needed to be paid after service but could wait when the car was ready later that day. About mid day I received a call that a part we paid for could not be installed and we needed to go somewhere else to have it installed. My thoughts, wait why did we pay for this if they couldnt install it. My car is 4 years old and isnt terribly old. So they wanted us to take the part home and fix the rest ourselves somewhere else. This was not logical as we wouldnt have paid for a part they couldnt install, Im not a mechanic. So after much disagreement they refunded the part but still wanted us to pay an additional 200 for service not received. We asked for itemized billing, and it seemed like issues were getting a bill that identified: parts, labor, fees, etc. Ultimately, instead of us owing them, they owed us about a $550 refund. We did receive this but for anyone going here for service, please ask for an itemized bill and ensure they dont overcharge you. I will not be returning for service here again.

Purchased a 2015 Traverse here with Steve Lambert who was a huge help for my family and I. It included all the bells and whistles to include Steves professionalism and customer service. My 3 year old daughter will forever remember the endless balloons she received while we were waiting for our vehicle.

Friendly staff, from service department to the front desk. Not a chevy owner, but look in someones Chevy to help them out, so it was a fresh perspective during my first time compared to firestone and Ford (where I find myself when in need of auto service). They are cleaner than Firestone, they have nice marketing and signage, cosmetically, you are enticed to go there for regular service. There is a complimentary car wash for your appointment, that was nice! The only con, navigating through that building is quite confusing.

Great place to buy vehicle, but to be honest I had problems with this dealership several times when bringing my car in for service, do I stop going here, and found another more honest Chevrolet dealership to have my car serviced. What I went through? You would be very dissapointed too. Be very careful when choosing the right places to have your car serviced. These guys were very dishonest and had to apologize and refund me for being dishonest and caught red handed in lying to me about what they did to my vehicle. BEWARE,! WARNING! ABOUT JN CHEVROLET SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

The Service is a Joke they dont even stand behind the work they do. Have car back for same problem a second time. The cost is well over $1000 each visit. The problem was not fixed the first time so took the vehicle back for same problem another $1300 nothing ever said by service that this was second time or a break on the price. When asked if they might give us a break on the parts we were told its doubtful but they would check. After several calls to the Service department still no response. Avoid this service department like the plague unless you want to get ripped off.

It was pretty easy. The thing is you get in, get out and drive away and not just driving away, but with satisfaction. Customer service is great, you see smiling faces and excellent Aloha ways. We were greeted and helped by Mike Marcelin. He made sure that we were offered the best deal we could possibly ever get on a brand new vehicle. And yes, with help back and forth from the sale Manager Jason Hattori, I was able to drive away with my 2017 cheverolet equinox. JN Chevrolet @ Nimitz Highway, Honolulu got excellent customer services and satisfaction guaranteed.

Michael Kimoto has the worst customer service. Had to take in my vehicle for a battery service twice when my vehicle has waranty. They also scratched my rims and said that it was there before i took it in. Then they try to give me a loaner car then asked for my credit card just in case i don’t return it with a full tank of gas.

I bought a car here, but it broke down at 3,000 miles, so I fixed it on the 20th and came back today. JN told me that a defective car was caught because we were unlucky. I havent been able to work for 20 days and have no money, so Im worried about the price of the car and the insurance premium that I have to pay soon. The dealer said Im sorry, Lemon Law was only a month, and it didnt give me any benefits.Be careful when buying a car
