I recently worked with Malia with Autoshipping to ship my car from Maui to Maryland. She helped me in getting my car out to Maui last year when I initially moved here. Malia was extremely responsive, patient, and compassionate with my situation here on Maui. I had to change my departure date a couple of times and Malia was on top of things each time I needed her help. She followed up with me directly anytime I had questions. I feel very fortunate to have her help with getting my car safely off the island and back to the east coast. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to ship their car from both the west coast and east coast. She is extremely detail oriented and great with communication!

Pros: they were very fast and efficient with getting the ball rolling. We talked to them on a Wednesday and they called us back Thursday morning to have the car shipped. Communication was amazing with many emails and phone calls, which we appreciated since we were entrusting them with our property and cash. Everything was done over the phone, I’m not for sure if they have a physical location. Felicia was very nice and professional. She made sure we understood everything and she didn’t mind going over information more than once.Cons: (these things didn’t bother us, but could be important to someone else) I’m not for sure where they are located, but when they told us the car was shipping it was 4am here in Hawaii, they didn’t consider our location. Initially we also had to call two different people to get in touch with Felicia. We called one person back and they gave us the number to another broker in Alaska and then he gave us the number to Felicia.Over all it was great to work with Felicia and the company. When we leave Hawaii we will use the company again.

Brandon was my agent. All in all he did a good job. I had never done this before and had no clue what to do. He called me on Thursday and said the car would be picked up on a Friday. Unfortunately the trucking company that was supposed to pick up the car had electrical problems and they never made it. I was a little upset because I was planning on going out of the country for the Thanksgiving holiday. However Brandon went and found me somebody else about 5 days later and it turned out that the guy was from my hometown. He was very nice courteous and understanding. He got my car from Atlanta to New York in about a day and a half due to an unexpected snow storm LOL. He was very nice to my mother on the receiving end. All in all I have to say the experience was good and I would use this company. I hope all goes well for you too

They were great. Easy to work with. Didnt make lots of promises and then fail to meet them. Id use them again if I ever need to transport a car.

I received at least 15 bids for auto shipping, and ASG was a good choice. Michael R. was polite and patient. Not the absolute cheapest, but that shouldnt be the main objective. ASG had my vehicle delivered within 8 days from Houston to Hartford through multiple stops, poor weather, and with no damage. I was extremely satisfied and plan to re-use. Thank you!!

I found ASG in a bad review of another auto shipping company that I was researching on yelp. The customer said to stay away from the first company and that they recommend ASG as a great alternative. WOW were they right. Felicia was beyond great from the very first call. Email and text followup was out of this world. Felicia was able to find a carrier in a couple of hours, the car was picked up when it was scheduled for and delivered on time. Felicia was in constant contact through the entire process. THIS IS WHO YOU WANT TO USE if you need a car shipped, period!!!

After personally interviewing about ten other auto transporters, It was my lucky day, the day I called Auto Shipping Group (ASG) and met Gretchen Hight who became my personal, knowledgeable and guiding professional consultant and my representative for ASG. She explained everything I needed to know and inquired about right up front. She explained their fees, insurance, security, scheduling for pickup and delivery, and how they vet, classify, and select a carrier for your particular vehicle. In the final analysis, ASG is not the least expensive shipper out there, but they were right in the ballpark in offering a fair deal for the quality enclosed service I was looking for. During the entire process from contracting with ASG, to the pickup and delivery and even into follow-up, Gretchen was always with me and communicating on an almost daily basis, even on the weekend, her day off. She made me feel I was special, my vehicle was special and she had the patience and understanding to sooth my concerns about turning my special car over to a stranger, was her top priority and interest. She also provided the name and contact phone number for the carriers driver, who was also in communication with me during the trip. ASG was right on with their scheduling for pickup and delivery and were in a position to do so because of their list of preferred professional and quality carriers from which they seem to work. The transport from front to back was a total success with absolutely no issues. The carrier they sent was of the quality and performance I would expect. I would definitely use ASG transport company again - no doubt about it.

Worked with Toni Tubbs. She explained the whole process. Had my town car shipped from bothell wa to henderson nv. cost me 950 they picked it up on time and got it here 2 days later, truck driver was very nice, car was clean and in perfect condition. she kept me informed the whole way by text, was a great experience.
