I love this store! Crafting, Art and Decorating is my favorite thing to do! I went to Hobby Lobby looking for pieces for my items that I’m working on. I found several items & was able to order the others at sale price also! Yes, I was very satisfied and happy! This store is just lovely from the moment you step inside! I love this retail chain. The store was nice and clean. But the daytime person that was working in glassware and unfinished wood was VERY VERY rude. I had asked her several questions about where an item was and all she could do was huff at me and point in a direction. But other then her acting ugly it was a good experience. I would actually give a 4.5☆ if possible.

Havent visited a Hobby Lobby store in yeaes years and have I been missing out on some fabulous stuff!!! Prices are good even though they dont have the 50% coupon anymore they have the store well marked with sale merchandise. And what a great selection.. I found the staff to be helpful and courteous.

I recently visited the Hoover location and wanted to purchase two pictures however, both were damaged. You can’t expect customers to pay full price for damaged items. I then went to another location in Homewood, Al and couldn’t even shop effectively due to the center displays all being pushed up against the wall and blocking shopping aisle so you couldn’t go down the aisles. When I asked for assistance with the items I needed that were located in the center displays I was pointed in several directions and told they didn’t know if they had it. I have never been so disappointed with Hobby Lobby. This was a waste of time and I’m also pregnant

Hobby Lobby has EVERYTHING you need for seasonal decorations, gifts, projects, or just something for yourself! I needed a rope to tie around my grandson’s toga; I had a choice of many colors!! The employees are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!

Clean and organized store. Knew what I needed and found it right away. The bathrooms are a bit on the gross side but just don’t go in there. The cashier was friendly.

I called ahead to see if they had a certain product before I made a 25 mile drive. The person I talked to said yes they had the product I asked him if they would please put it up by the cash register so I knew that was there after I drove my 25 miles to get it. And the person just didnt bother to do as I had requested and left the product on the counter where they originally was

I love Hobby Lobby. They have anything you could need for most any crafts you could think of, any floral project you might start. Scrapbooking, anything that you need to do that. You name it Hobby Lobby probably has it for that need. Love Hobby Lobby!

I spent four hours in this Hobby Lobby. My husband asked what I wanted for Christmas all I want is a gift card to Hobby Lobby. Fish that was more than helpful and eager to help. They all have sweet personalities and I enjoyed my visit I received great deals and cant wait to return.

The store is well organized and stocked. There are great deals. A great place to browse for adults (and children). The staff is really friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful (Must be a great place to work.). Even if youve never considered yourself crafty or an Artist, there is something there for you. You may just discover a new hobby interest or idea or even a new vocation. I dont think that they offer lessons or workshops. If they dont they might consider this. Nevertheless, learning can be fun!!! Take your kids and let them browse! God gave us the gift of imagination and creativity and there is much there that could and would foster and enhance creativity and pursuit of culture. Hope this was helpful for you!!! :-)

Love this store me and my granddaughter went to get her some art supplies and they have a variety of selection nice decor and home decorative items that you can get if you like hobbies if you like to do your own projects this will be the place to go

Store is well stocked and clean, but employees seemed annoyed that we entered the store. I would recommend minimal pleasantries for customers that are spending money in your Christian establishment. At least pretend to greet a customer and say thank you for your purchase.

My husband arrived at this location yesterday when the store opened. He was told by an associate at the door that the first hour was designated for senior citizens. He understood and began to leave, planning to come back later in the day. As he left, he saw a Caucasian lady who appeared to be around his age and obvious shopper walked towards the door too. They let her right in.I read other reviews for this location prior to writing this review and noticed a trend of overt racism. Very unfortunate.

One of my most favorite places to shop. Today I had to return some items ordered online & had a question about an additional purchase. The cashier was friendly, courteous & very helpful. The Store Manager became involved with the other item I had a problem with and resolved the issue quickly. Great experience!

I go here a lot since Hancock fabrics closed. If you go in the day or perhaps before 4:00 you wil get pretty good service. There is one employee and manager who are the worse people to deal with the public. I frequently visit the fabric department since I am a fashion designer. Quality service is a must at all times.

Always always always rude. How come I cant walk in without every one acting like Im gonna steal. And I spend no less than $100 each time I go in a Hobby Lobby? I only go there when Michaels doesnt have what I need. And they treat me much better.
