My 4 year old Macbook crashed when I did the most recent software update. When I went to Apple, they told me there was nothing they could do and that I would need to buy a new computer. A nice employee at Apple told me on my way out about Perry. Not only was it affordable and quick, but they saved all my documents and repaired my computer. Highly recommend!!

This is the place to go for all things Mac including sales and service. They are knowledgeable, professional, and they will not try to sell you any product or service that you dont need. I run a small business and have four Mac computers. They keep them (and all of the peripheral equipment) running smoothy. This is a great example of some of the goodness of shopping small!

I took my Mac Pro in after it blue screened on the Windows side. They wiped the OS and reloaded Windows from a disk I provided. Very professional service and their fees are fair. I would suggest going here if you want more personalized service and dont want to deal with the Apple Store at the Summit.

Took my Macbook Pro in for an issue and was immediately impressed with the on hands service that they provided. Mr. Perry and his team at Perry Computer Services have, on more than one occasion, gone above and beyond what was required or expected. They are technical experts working with apple computers, and they are also customer-satisfaction driven when it comes to their photo printing services. Among other things,They were sensitive with my data recovery concerns when my computer crashed, and they went out of their way to to help me with large-scale printing requests when my father died in a time-sensitive situation for his funeral. Ive always been treated with dignity and respect there, and I will continue to keep my business local with them. I encourage everyone to see what they are about. I had a problem with my iMac LCD monitor; it looked dirty on the inside of the monitor.My machine was still barely under warranty and Perry Computer Services agreed to replace it quickly for me so Apple would cover the cost. Phillip was my technician and he did a beautiful job. He even took the time to clean my machine while he had it open. Now that is great service! He was knowledgeable, courteous and kind. I am thrilled to have my machine back in perfect order! Thank you Perry Computer Services!!!

Did not know Perry Computer Services existed until yesterday but I am so glad I do now.My 8 year old MacBook Pro stopped working and I went to the Apple Store on Wednesday to get them to see what was wrong. They said they could not even look at it until Monday (5 days). My whole life is on that computer.I thankfully found Perry Computer Services online, called, dropped it off around 445pm on Wednesday. They called me Thursday at 12:54 and told me they replace the hard drive, did some updates, and it was ready.The staff was very friendly and displayed great customer service. These people are miracle workers. Came in from Tuscaloosa after spilling a cup of coffee all over my MacBook Pro and they managed to extract every single piece of information of my fried computer and get it back to me. Very easy to work with, especially under high stress conditions like a broken laptop during finals week.

Today my macbook pro decided to completely shut down and would not come back on no matter what I did to it. After a visit to the apple store I was told that I would have to wait a day or two for an appointment. So I took it to this place and I was helped immediately. The guy took it to the back for about 10 minutes and when he came back my computer had life again. So thankful.

I took my macbook there, because it was freezing after 2 or more hours of sleep mode, and they had the computer for three days and they just told me that the computer did not have any problem, that it works perfect with them, and when i went to pick up the computer I turn on the macbook and voila! there was the freezing problem, the guy told me that i was the problem because it works fine with them and they suggest me to take it to the apple store @ 280, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I took my Macbook Air to this shop to get my screen replaced on it since it was broken. I was quoted the price for the replacement at the store as I dropped it off, and was given a receipt as to what I would have to pay for it to get fixed. One of the men who works at the store called me the next day and told me that the company who replaces screens for them does not do a very good job of replacing them. He said they are always come back crooked. He said that they could do it for an extra charge of $140. Why would they use someone who doesnt do a good job in the first place?! I believe I was targeted since I am a young woman. My computer was returned in good condition, however, they scammed me and upcharged me for my computer screen replacement service. I would not go back to them again. Very sketchy!

Went in to purchase a wireless router for a business. They were quick and knowledgeable!

Is this place still open? i have called an left voicemail 3 times, i dont want to go if the place doesnt exist.
