Been trying to change billing to when i get paid, i’ve mentioned it several times. They continue to call for payment even tho i’ve acknowledged it and I needed it changed. the lady didn’t get in contact with me until 3 days later (she’s been real busy in her office to call me back) and told me i’d have to pay two bills in order to catch it up.Two guys called me twice in one day after i already done answered the phone. Then proceed to call me the next couple of days like i haven’t mentioned my issue.honestly worst place i’ve could’ve gone

The new crew they have now is awesome the new manager that girl is super nice an the sale manager i dont remember the names but they good super customer services im very satisfied and happy with the homewood crew keep the good customer services

Please do not waste your money on the cheap furniture, bad customer service and high interest on the items.

We have used this store only because no one else does rentals of recliners, such as my wife needed after open heart surgery. We were promised a 2:00-4:00 pickup. It’s now 7:15. Much less of a problem than others posting here, but aggravating to say the least. If you have another option, take it.

The people are mean.... Their service suck..order a bunk bed & t.v and two guys one older one younger... They show up with t.v in hand not in the box and the bunk bed I order. The younger guy was very condescending & unprofessional..... I Had to help them move bed from the truck to the upstairs bedroom. It took the 20 mins to even get started. They put together the bed half assed with screws hang out now wabbling threatening to fall apart. The store is great but the people is very unprofessional. Very!

I rented a bedroom set from this RAC in March and it’s now August and have yet to receive the bedroom set. Even when I call there’s always an excuse on why it hasn’t been shipped and delivered yet. This store is very unprofessional and disorganized.
