My experience on this dealership was 6 stars...I went there without any reference and they treated me like family...not the typical dealership that will squeeze you as much as they can. they were patient, honest and the negotiation was straight forward and transparent, as I like, the good the bad and the ugly upfront. they even matched a really good deal I had from another dealership and worked with me to ensure customer satisfaction. the salesman (John) and the manager (Eduardo) made the buying experience very pleasant. I highly recommend this place...hopefully they keep it that way. I rarely give reviews but this time they deserve it. Btw, look the nice truck I got from them...

Honestly don’t waste your time or money at Lorenzo Nissan. A friend of mine bought a brand new 2021 Nissan Rogue and within a week of having it there was smoking coming from the engine. It’s been 2 months now and still no result. They have given her 3 rentals. When we try to call to know the status of HER car no one answers. And NOWWW they want to give her a refurbished car but continue making the payments of a brand new car with no issue. do not go by there reviews. They offer 2 years of free service when you get 5 people to do a good review. DO NOT BUY A NISSAN.

They have a great staff at the service center . I brought in my wifes car a few days ago for repair of a door handle and the horn wasnt working . Not major things but a couple of things that needed to be done . I spoke to Randol and he took the car into the service area and came back about 10 minutes later telling me what they found and how long it would take to fix . I agreed to the repair costs . I waited and about the time he said it would take, it did . Everything fixed and working . Good service .

I was traveling with my son and our friends from the Keys back to South Carolina and experienced car trouble with my Pathfinder. The battery was deemed good by NAPA but I didnt feel comfortable not knowing the root of the issue and being on the road for 12 hours. I called Lorenzo Nissan and spoke with Christopher. He was absolutely wonderful and told me to bring the car, and they would make sure we were safe to continue our drive. Christopher had communicated with Danny, and when we arrived, we were greeted and taken care of. A mechanic who had been with Nissan for 38 years listened to the issues, and he immediatley felt it was in fact a battery issue. They verified this, replaced the battery, and we were safely on our way. Much appreciated!
