I am very upset with the management of that store! Its frustrating to learn while I am at the register that I have to buy a bag to carry the very items that I just purchased . What is this? Is that what America turns into? Do we not care about customer service anymore? I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS ANYMORE. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

They dont put your items in the bag if you dont pay them for the bag . So be aware and the bags are Brown which means are made out of trees which is terrible . I wont be going there any longer its no need I could get items delivered to my door .

This used to be my go to beauty store but it’s just uncomfortable to shop there. I’m a regular and every time I go I’m spending a lot of money. But I’ve noticed employees who’ve seen me shop there many times before (who I greet every time I walk into the store) following me around the store or staring me down like I’m gonna steal or repeatedly asking me if I need help after I say no thank you. I know good customer service When I see it I literally work retail but I also know when I’m being racially profiled and watched under the suspicion of shoplifting. Shopping at this store has become so uncomfortable and it’s disappointing.

The place is beautiful! But when I went, there was this one cashier who was really rude and disrespectful. She kept looking at me like if I was going to steal something and that wasn’t nice she was behind me all the time acting like she was stocking items but she wasn’t doing anything. I have no idea why she would think I would steal something. When I got to the cashier there was this woman before me paying the cashier asked for her number to see if she had points but when it was my turn she never asked for my number or anything. I thought she was going to ask but she didn’t when I saw my payment had went through already. I was waiting for her to ask. When I told her about it she was rude and said “well I don’t have a mind to think about that you should’ve told me”. That was extremely rude! I told her she was supposed to ask just like she did with the other lady and that everytime I buy there they ask but she was like “oh well you can call customer service and ask if they can redeem your points”. Sally’s is such a great place and you guys have really nice staff but this lady or cashier whatever she is was extremely RUDE. Hope you guys see my review and help me out because that is pure discrimination.

I was at sally on Friday when I walked in there was 2 ladies there they both asked if I needed help, made me feel so important anyways I think the 1 who helped me said her name Eva she was so nice i had black hair and wanted to do some highlights so but i didnt know where to start so Eva asked alot of questions and gave me alot of tips that i didnt even think of she was very good at expressing the importance of where to start how long and as far as recommending shampoo conditioner and treatment to help me keep my highlights looking fresh thank you so much Eva i know to go to you everytime i go back🥰

I am a customer who applied for a position to work here around 5 days ago. I received a call from a woman who works here, and the following dialogue happened:Me: Ill be right back.Her: Okay.Me: -Has to turn off a background call and returns- My apologies for that. I was hanging up a background call.Her:Okay bye.^ The lady said Okay bye in a rude tone.I took it as her mistaking it as me saying I was hanging up the current call with her. Then I called back, and waited for a few minutes as she put me on hold. She then told me if I wanted to schedule an interview for this Friday.I respectfully told her with no attitude, Im sorry. I wont be able to this Friday. Is there any way I can reschedule for next Tuesday or Wednesday? Then she rudely told me Okay bye YET AGAIN. Im appalled by how she rudely kept telling me goodbye when I was just trying to tell her Have a nice day in a polite manner. I would never shop here again. Awful service.

This Sally Particularly Very Organized,,Easy To Find What You Looking For..

No one bothered to help us. The clerk was ignoring us in the store. Wont go back here. Cashier was telling other customers about discounts didnt offer any until I asked. They spent most of their time ignoring us. My mother and I walked out. I will never shop there again.
