I went to this place asking for a car and my experience was not good at all, the seller was in really bad mood and not so good manners told me they overpriced the Bronco over $20,000 due to high demand, I told him that I did built a bronco online and I ask him if they would respect the price and he said that this dealer increased the price at the amount they waned. I felt like this place is not trustable or the seller make the best effort for me to not buy there.
I drove here after calling in the morning inquiring as to if a car I was interested was in stock. I was told by someone over the phone “yes, it’s in stock and I have the keys in my hand”. I notified them that I was driving THREE hours with a small child and they said “yes, I will hold on to the keys until you get here”. I checked with them prior to leaving and I called on my way there to make sure they held on to the vehicle. I gave them a stock number and verified the year, make, model, and mileage. I get there and the person I spoke to was unavailable and the sales person told me the car was sold 2 days before I got there. I explained that I verified various times before calling and that I drove 3 hours for a specific car. There obviously was nothing they could do.They tried selling me a new car but I wanted something very specific. The prices you see on their website are also not the prices that they give you. The prices on their website is based on giving a down payment, a trade, through their financing and with a first responder discount and more. They are dishonest and they are also incredibly inconsiderate to make a customer who was ready to pay for a vehicle with cash in hand. If there is anything you can take from this review it’s PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Pay the extra money to go to a reputable dealership instead of coming here to this shady place. If the prices look too good to be true it’s because they are.
Upon visiting Lorenzo Ford of Homestead, I was recommended to get help from professional salesman Luis Damas who took the time to arrive on a Sunday to help my family look for a pickup truck . Unfortunately after we spoke for a while and we explained our needs he set fourth a promise to look for prices and vehicles that would fit our need. He promised he would get back to us as soon as possible but after a week waiting we never heard back. I ended up buying a beautiful Ram 1500 big horn from another dealership and dealt with salesman that were truly ready to help and provide me with the utmost customer service.
Livan had great customer service. Not only did he try to help me to get the best interest rate, he also took personal interest, and made sure I had a full tank on my way home. The whole staff was amazing.

I bought a used car in May together with a 3 year warranty. The driver door handle broke. I could not get in without climbing over the seats. Additionally light indicating low tire pressure would not go off. Even with others checking airSERVICE refused to fix the car or even look at it. I recommend you beware any purchase or service. I went thinking they were reputable. What a mistake. Totally disappointed.
After paying top dollar for a new car, my daughters temporary tag expired and nobody will even answer her phone calls about the title paperwork. She has not been able to drive for 4 days. I finally called and Oscar, a sales manager, promised to send a new temp tag overnight, but they didnt. The salesman Jean Pierre said he would check on it today and get back to us. He did not. They lie and do not care about their customers after the sale.

So the 5 stars is solely for our sales person Izzy. He seemed like a straight up guy that was interested in helping us get a fair deal on a truck we were interested in. He was helpful in the process and after some negotiation, he came back with a deal that was much more fair than the original numbers seemed. I would recommend you see him when you go to this dealership. Our finance guy was also very friendly and efficient.The dealership however doesn’t get 5 stars. They have some deceptive pricing methods that are very misleading. In order to get all their rebates for the advertised price, you have to be active duty, a veteran, a first responder and some thing else. Well, there’s no way in the world someone can be all of that. You can’t be a veteran and active duty at the same time, or it’s really rare these days. You also have to trade in a car and use their financing. We came in with our own financing with a rate we knew they couldn’t beat. They have some hefty dealer fees too. Buying a vehicle is stressful enough on its own so whoever does their pricing and advertising would do themselves a favor by just being straight up. Unfortunately in this vehicle market, most dealerships are doing this kind of stuff. The ones that aren’t just jack the prices up so they include all this anyhow.Overall it was a good buying experience. I would recommend you go see Izzy if you’re in the market for a vehicle. He’s as good as it gets in this business.
I was looking for a car to lease on a time crunch and i was tired of calling other dealers to see if they had the car. when I called Lorenzo Ford the told me they had the car available so I went to take a look. as soon as I got to the dealer, Isidro the salesman was very helpful and showed me the car, he answered all my questions and was very friendly. This was, perhaps, the easiest car buying experience I’ve had. Izzy met us in the golf cart as soon as we pulled in. I gave him my Capital One Auto Navigator sheet and asked to see the car I’d found online, and off we went. Izzy was pleasant and down to earth. He took excellent car of us, making sure he understood what was important to us from both a vehicle and financing standpoint. He got us a great deal, processed all paperwork very quickly, and was kind and efficient as he did it all. He saw us all the way through the end of the sale and delivered on everything he promised. Poor, poor, poor Customer Service!My grandmother purchased a brand new Ford Escape now giving her engine problems.Apparently there is a known engine issue with that vehicle. Her car has been in the shop for over 2 months and they havent even attempted to fix the issue. Offered no rental car. Customer Service is a joke I will post the email she received from the customer service representative appeared like he was texting his friend. Email says he called which he didnt, I replied with still no answer.Stay away from ford and especially this dealership!Bomnin Chevy is were you want to go. Incredible customer service!

My experience at Lorenzo Ford was fabulous all thanks to Jesse. I already knew the car I had wanted, as I had already previously saw it online, so I called in advance before coming in to make sure to have it ready as I was taking it one way or another and couldnt come in right away until after work. The minute I got there, Jesse was there waiting with the car key in hand, ready to go for a spin. The car was a dream as well as the service. Even though it was a little late, Jesse and his team had no problem staying a little later to make sure I went home with the car I wanted no matter how long it took. Ive had multiple cars through different dealers, so this was my first time with Lorenzo Ford, and the experience was quick and efficient. Much faster than any of my previous past experiences. I highly recomend you see Jesse about your next car and just give him a call in advance if you cant come in right away. Im so happy. Cant wait to come back for my next dream car.
Worst service dept in the state. Service advisor Orlando tells one lie after another. Had my vehicle 2 weeks and never touched it. He gave one excuse after another. Vehicle was covered under warranty he refused to get me a rental and kept giving excuses for delays. Could clearly see the vehicle had never moved from the day it was dropped off

Ive had my car for 2 months and im still waiting on my payout check from the finance department. Getting in touch with the person who is in charge of my check, has been nearly impossible. leaving messages everyday, calling every day all day, sending multiple emails and no result. they had my phone number and email completely wrong in the system for awhile but that shows that the voicemails werent listened to because I stated my phone number in each message asking my calls to be returned. my check was in her office and I have been waiting for it to be overnighted for almost a week now with no updates even though I have sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails telling her to overnight it. horrible experience. I understand sometimes it can get busy and it can be hard to return a call the same day, but at the very least, return my calls the next day if you KNOW that you are supposed to be doing something for me that is of importance. I will never do business there again because of this experience that ive had. I should have known it was going to be this bad when it was another mission impossible to get a paper to turn my tag in, had to speak with her manager twice in order to get some sort of result.

If I could give a negative star, I would. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to buy a vehicle. I called on a vehicle I wanted to purchase and Arnold said it was available. All I wanted before I purchased was to see a picture of the truck bed. I have tried for 4 days now to have them send the picture. I’ve called at least 4 times a day for 4 days. I’ve talked to Arnold and Louis. Their word means nothing. They keep saying they will send and I don’t hear from them. They won’t return calls. They are very good at ignoring, not sales. They don’t want me to purchase the vehicle for some reason and instead of explaining why, they just gave me the run around. I guess they don’t care to take my money which I would have gladly given them. I finally talked to the secretary and was promised pictures from her also. Still nothing. Don’t waste your time. Don’t believe a word they say. I have bought a lot of cars and hands down this is the worst dealership I have come across. Unfortunately, they are giving Ford a bad name. Please read all the one star reviews. This will give you a good idea of how dishonest this dealership is! Open a case against them with Ford Corporate. Hopefully they can get things turned around.

BEWARE- I turned in my 2018 Ford Escape for a 2021 Ford Escape. I worked with Adrian and Jody and was happy with the stressful process. The dealership agreed to pay for my last payment on my 2018 Ford Escape in order to get me in my new Escape sooner. Ford Credit has not received the payment from them and no one from the dealership including Jody and the accounting department. I have called and left voicemails, I have emailed, no one is responding.
My salesman Juan JT was super professional, knowledgeable and patient. He walked me through the car buying process with the skill of a seasoned veteran. I’ve already recommended him to 2 people so far. I’d trust Juan with my mom. He’s invited to the family cookout. I thank God for his expertise.

Once you purchase they have nothing to do with you. I Needed assistance with my used car buy. Simple things that could be resolved via email or telephone call. No one answers their phone or emails including the manager. It’s been over a month now and I live several hours away so I couldn’t just pop up like I would have if they were local. I ended up getting help from another dealership. I was going to purchase another car for Lorenzo Ford but after this experience and absolutely no customer service I’ll take my business elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP! I bought a new truck in March 2021 and they still have not completed the requirements needed for me to renew my registration and tag. As a result, I have been driving around for weeks with an expired tag that expired on my birthday in July. I have been calling the dealership since I received my renewal notice in May and have been getting the run-around for months.
I was looking for a car in many places. I went as far as Miramar, Florida to look out for a car but had no luck. I was about to give up but tried my last luck in Lorenzo Ford. I met a sales guy named Jean C. and man was I lucky. Thanks to him I was able to get a nice car with credit I had. I appreciate all the help during this journey!! Definitely recommended!
They have a deceptive pricing scheme. I called about a used car they were selling. They confirm the price of the car. Then I go, The footprint says this price only applies if I am trading in a vehicle, why are you not telling me that? The salesman goes, Oh... That... We can get around that... They obviously dont want to disclose that. They want you to drive all the way and then realize that there is an extra $2000 if you are not trading in. Then I go, Can you give me the out the door price please?, which any other dealer can give you right away. Tax+title+fees are pretty stratightforward rates. He goes, Umm, Ill call you back and hangs up. Doesnt call me back that day. Next day I call again, they tell me the same thing, and dont call me back. Same thing again. So, FYI.

Not impressed from start to end. Rahim was my sales person and on the phone he didn’t answer my questions properly. When I arrived for a test drive he didn’t seem like he cared about selling me a car because he had other customers to deal with that already made a purchase. He basically rushed me out the door to deal with other customers. I really like the vehicle I viewed but the fees were ridiculous and he was not willing to work with me on price. Very disappointed in the business.

Terrible service dropped off my truck with a check engine light on at 7:30 am it was at the dealer all day service advisor told me it was a co2 sensor that was bad and it was replaced to go and pick up my truck got there after the service department was closed got the keys from the lady in the front get in my truck and the check engine light is still on and nobody can answer any questions... Terrible service
