Been coming here for many years without an issue. I would always bring in my car and I would not get charged unless stated beforehand. This time without informing me, I was charged $90 to check my car. I expressed how it would be best to let the customer know before charging them and before doing the service. The associate Ray disagreed. He would not acknowledge my concern. In the end, I was told not to bring my car back. There was no one else I could report this to. So let this be a warning, if you disagree was something, you are banned from ever bringing your car back in. Zero stars.

They don’t accept appointments and severely underestimate the wait time. Nearly 4 hours for an oil change (I was told 1.5-2 hours). Several other customers were also complaining about the wait.

Hello if you plan on doing a alignment with this Goodyear know that you should check it before you pay and if you pay because once you do you are tied in to taking it several times without the possibility of getting your money back for a job done incorrectly the I took my F250 twice with no fix and the manager refuses to return my money when asked to speak to the owner MR.Peterson the manager says he won’t take calls I hope some policy’s change for this company cause goodyear is a reputable name to ruin over a labor done wrong

Stripped a bolt that goes to the chassis from the hydraulic mount. This trash shop was the last one to do all my mounts, and they stripped many bolts and put in bigger bolts that don’t even belong. Beyond dissatisfied. The repairs I’ve had to do to my car after they did my power steering and my mounts, correcting their mistakes have been more than what the labor and parts with this shop cost in the first place . Worst shop ever.

Jerry has some great techs at this shop- very direct and personable- recently had my 2008 Chryslers T&C worked on, saved almost 50% vs the dealership.. I take all my vehciles for service, everything from oil changes to major work.. supporting my local biz.

I personally think 1 hr 20 mins from walk in to drive out for a bolt in my tire needing a patch is a bit too long that should be 20 minutes or less, you need to be in and out to get you back on the road, especially in the morning at 8am when. you need to get to work

Tommy was great service for car.

They saved me thousands of dollars. Another mechanic in town quoted me thousands to repla a pump so I brought my car to them for a second opinion. Turned out that the pump wasnt even broken! Julio was super nice and found a way to help us so we can still use our car while we wait for the parts that we need to come in. Highly recommend them!

This is a great shop. I had to bring my daughters car here to get repaired after a terrible oil leak and also when she was in need of tires. And recently had to visit about a week ago after having a blowout on my own car. They took really good care of both vehicles very fast service. I have no complaints.

Our van broke down south of Homestead with a dead alternator. I called them up and they were helpful, friendly, and willing to help. We got the van towed in and they assessed it quickly and ordered the part. They had it swapped by the next morning, it was so fast and we were back on the road. Julio and company were outstanding and were very welcoming on our first, inadvertent trip into Homestead. If they are this nice to an out of towner, I can only imagine how well they treat their regulars. Great service!

Best mechanics in town. I dont do much, just oil changes and safety inspections. I like doing most of my own stuff. But they are pretty awesome and do a wide range of jobs. Theyve fixed my door and window motors before and found an electrical issue the dealer could not. Yes they are pricey but much cheaper than the dealer.

I showed up last minutes because my tire was going flat, and wouldnt hold any air. they squeeze me in to fix my tire. turns out I needed a whole new tire. they had my tire in stock. the did a great job, really fast, I didnt have to wait long because how quick they were. even if I did have to wait a while, I wouldnt of mind because Maria had such a great personality, and kept me entertained with her conversation. she had wonderful customer service! very sweet lady! Israel was another great personality doing all the dirty work, getting my tire fixed with rapid succession. very knowledgeable with the product and the labor that is required. he even took the time out to show me what was wrong with my old tired and explained why it was important to replace the tire. he DID NOT scratch my rim. All with the help of Roy. If i could give 10 Stars I would. Im usually dont write reviews but i had to write one for this crew!

These guys are awesome. Blew a tire coming back from Flamingo and needed a quick fix at 5:50 PM. They stayed late and had my boat on the floor jack before I even left the cash register. Had what I needed had it done in under 10 minutes and we are thankful for the great service

I’ve never been to this place before but I found out that it was connected to good year and not just not a tire place. I spoke to a lady on the phone and had her speak to my cousins girlfriend that doesn’t speak very well English and she told us to come in to order some tires. When we came in I asked for the woman I was on the phone with named Rosa, she was very polite and also served me coffee while I was waiting, she then offered us a ride back to our hotel in case our car wasn’t going to be ready soon, she then introduced me to the mechanic Julio whom explain detail by detail what was wrong with the car but I had to get a scan, while it was getting worked on I sat in the sitting area and we spoke with Rosa and she told us about some nice taco places around to eat and we had a great conversation. Julio came in and told us what was wrong with my car they both were very friendly kind and helping, I usually don’t take my car to auto zone places because they usually rob me out my money and never fix what’s really wrong but I highly recommend this place because of the friendly ness service from the workers.

Great service and good prices. I ordered tires @ 8am and they arrived around 3pm. The employees were friendly and courteous and it took about 45 min to install. I deducted 1 star because the mechanic left grease all over my tires.

Drove here from Iowa and had a wheel bearing go out..this shop opened up at 7:30 ..got my car right in...dropped me back off at my hotel...completed the work in 2 hours...came and picked me back up...I cannot thank them enough. Hit a curb and bent my tire rim last night at 1 AM. I thought I would have to pay hundreds and wait hours for a new VW steel rim to arrive and be installed with a new tire this morning. $20 and 30 minutes later, I am back in the road, gliding like nothing ever happened. I went to 2 other local Goodyear stores before finding the right place where Tommy works. My brother in law had a serious stroke a few weeks ago, and Tommy was the car maintenance guy for my sisters car. Since my BIL told me to ask for Tommy, I kept looking until I found him! I felt immediately welcomed by the staff, and was so thankful they were able to service the vehicle and replace the battery, which was on its last gasp (unknown to us). I made a new friend while waiting for the car (another customer) and Maria was especially kind and engaging. If I lived here, I would go to this service center! Im thankful that my sister and her husband have such a company that they can trust. Thanks again.

By far the best shop in homestead, mechanics are friendly and are always willing to help, shop and waiting room is clean and pricing is very fair but quality of work is A+++. Ive had my oil changed and tires rotated a couple times here and they were always quick and professional. Today I had them upgrade my factory brakes for a set of brembos and they were done in less than 1hr and labor charge was more than reasonable.

If you want prompted and friendly service with competitive prices, this is the place to take your vehicle. I have trusted this location for over 34 years, and have had no issues what so ever. Hope this review helps you in deciding where to get your vehicle.

I take my entire fleet of 12 vehicles here for all maintenance, driving past the stealerships. Fast, reliable, and friendly; especially the guys at the front counter. Very old school good mechanic feel but professional and quality work.

Disorganized, on the website they ask you for information to setup an appointment and and when you give them your information and go to the shop they tell you they don’t do appointments. Once there they wanted one hundred dollars to check my a.c. Total waste of my time.

They get you in and out quickly and prices are fair and honest. The service advisor Phillip and Ray will go above and beyond to get you going. Ask to speak to them when you call.

Not a good experience thus far......😡 Came here almost four months ago to purchase two front tires for my 350Z. The tire technician working here that day just happens to own/drive a 350Z. Wow, as luck would have it, Im one up, or at least I thought. See, the front tires on the Z are size 225 as in contrast to the rear tires size 245s. So unlike other cars which may utilize the same size tires, you cannot rotate the tires on a Z. This goes to the heart of the problem Im expressing to them. This shop is supposed to be certified or at least it is claimed. When changing the two front tires on a Z, the technician should always remind the buyer that a wheel alignment is highly recommended because otherwise, tires will wearout unevenly and fast. In fact, on a Z, its almost a requirement.Back to my problem here:I bare ultimate responsibility because its my car and no one should know it better than me, except a professionally trained and certified tire technician. Be it as it may, less than four months and just over 4 thousand miles, my right passenger side tire gave out due to uneven wear. (45 thousand miles warranty) I came to this tire shop because its where I bought the tires and in the hope that we could work something out. I reasoned that there should be some professional consideration and duty of care on their part for the work that they performed.However, they did not acknowledge or accept any role in what happened and instead pulled their mechanic 101 manual and proceeded to tell me that on top of the wheel alignment, the car needed front end work due to some after market alterations done to the car to drop it. A total amateurish and unprofessional assessment without even having the car on a lift to inspect it. My car has never (one owner) been altered or dropped since I bought it.It gets better though:I called Toyo 😁Tires in California to let them know that this shop is not treating their brand right. Toyo very quickly called the tire shop and told them, they (Toyo) would pay for two new front tires and I would need to pay for a wheel alignment. Great, I agreed to that and supposedly as well as the tire shop. 😡(Not) As soon as I returned to have the work done as agreed, the expert that assessed the car previously now claimed there was other work that needed to be done in order to replace the tires. I called Toyo back right there, got the rep on the line and got the tire shop to agree to the previously agreed, agreement. 🤔 The expert sounded as if he understood the directive/agreement with Toyo and after saying yes, handed me the phone back. I reiterated that we were putting two new Toyo tires, balancing and wheel alignment, got consensus and gave them the keys to the car. I asked the receptionist if he had my phone number and although its on the computer profile, he wrote it down again.Final Insult:At some point they must have felt that they did not want to waste their time and did the following. They called me at 5:50pm to tell me that they found that the car needed nine (9) items fixed which were contributing to the uneven wear problem. I said I would follow up and address those items at another time. I then asked them if they put the new tires and performed the wheel alignment. Of course the answer was NO. The reason given was that they did not have the tires in the shop. I asked, so why didnt you tell me when I left the car almost 2.5 hours earlier and when you agreed to it with the Toyo rep. Blank stare, no answer. In fact, they never even ordered the tires and because they close at 6:00pm, I had to scramble to get a ride to pick up my car as they gave me 24 minutes to get there. NICE PLACE 😡 Youve been warned!!!!

Maria and Ray have great customer service. Tommy the manager however is a piece of work, anyone who doesnt know this doesnt know Tommy. He attempted to embarrass me by implying I didnt know what I was talking about when asked for quote to replace a fuel air filter. Although it is an uncommon part, I expected him to be inquisitive not downright disrespectful. After he later realized my vehicle does indeed have this part he then attempted to explain what it does and what systems it belonged to rather just acknowledge his unprofessional and crude behavior. I didnt get an apology, although the detail he place on explaining the part, was taken as one because Im aware apologizing is hard for some people. Altogether great shop, but Tommy needs work :)

I was visiting a relative in the Redlands when my car started to give me problems. I went to a local repair shop that gave me an estimate that seemed excessive. My brother recommended Homestead Tire and Auto. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I was with the service. They were friendly, professional AND game me an estimate that was half as much as the other shop! Not only did they repair it the same day but the manager, Tommy, told me about other repairs that I would be needing in the future after I returned home. I spoke to my regular mechanic and he said they did a great job at a good price. I recommend Homestead Tire and Auto.

Awful is an understatment. 3rd trip in and the simple work is still not done because of bad communication between the guys at the counter, the mechanics and the parts guy ( who was rude from the start.) If you can find someone else to do the work, do yourself a favor. Wont ever be back and am out $89 for the scan they did. Sickening...

Terrible service. Rude staff.. Women stay away. The staff harasses women. And they have a dumb woman cashier who doesnt know anything. Waste of time.

This place is a completely disorganized and unworthy of your trust. These reviews must have been given by employees or family of employees. I had a bad feeling once I walked in and was told, prior to any diagnostic or even being handed the keys, that they thought it was a certain other problem. They charged me $107 to recharge the AC and took an hour longer than they quoted me on time, which made me late for a lecture. After they inconvenienced me this much, they told me I didnt need freon, but they did the recharge anyway. This is simply bad business. Also, the entire time I was in the office, a lady was on the phone with her friend gossiping and using foul language to do so. I was appalled by my experience in this establishment. If my husband was not gone on a military deployment, he would have done this himself for $35 in under 15 minutes.
