They always carry the latest sneakers that are trending. Very neat, organized store to shop at. The employees are very kind and helpful.

I purchased a pit of sneakers for my son 6 days ago and he probably wore them 2x and they were falling apart. I brought them back to the store to show them they were defective and get a new pair and the customer service there was horrible! They wouldn’t do anything for me at all but tell me to call customer service which then they told me I had to go in store since they were bought it store! The manager and customer service in this store is terrible and I will never purchase from there again!

I ordered something in November. I received an email on December 3rd that they had shipped it with a shipping number. It is now December 9th and they arent helping in any way (Ive emailed them twice and cant get through on the phone). 6 days from when they said its shipped and its still in their warehouse!!!!

I love champs that is where I get all my shoes there selection there is great and there customer service is great everyone I go in the they great me and everyone I’ve been there they have always ask do you need help finding something and then they almost every single time I went there they had the shoe I was looking for

My son loves this place

The young woman who cashed us out treated us like we were burdening her. To the Champs company, as a former business owner myself having a someone with type of attitude as a cashier can hurt business. To the young woman at the counter, customer service is key to getting people to return for their business. I unfortunately will not be returning.

The customer service at Champs is top notch and every employee goes above and beyond to first make you feel welcomed and secondly help you in selecting the right shoe for you! Every employee I have ever met at this location has been an absolute delight, but particularly Jared and TommyLee. I recently was at another competing shoe store at the mall waiting for over 10 minutes for a sales associate to give me the time of day so I could purchase a pair of shoes. After being looked over and not acknowledged I decided to leave and go to Champs instead. I barely even got to the womens section before TommyLee greeted me with a warm smile and asked if he could help me find anything (mind you he was clearly in the middle of doing something, had stacks of shoes in his arms and STILL was able to greet me.) He helped me pick out a pair of Adidas, was able to answer all of my questions about the shoe and give me his honest opinion to help me narrow down my decision. I appreciated his input and was blown away about his clear knowledge of the different sneakers he was selling. Customer service goes a long way in my book so when I was ready to purchase another sneaker (Im a personal trainer so I go through them quickly) I was greeted with the same exceptional service from Jared. Jared was equally as knowledgeable and welcoming and went out of his way to go back and forth bringing me all the different options I wanted to try on. I can be a bit indecisive and not once did he seem annoyed or try to rush me. He even helped assist me in ordering a pair to get shipped to my house seeing as they didnt have my size in the store. I would recommend anyone and everyone purchase their shoes from Champs if youre looking for a knowledabgle staff, great selection and overall Grade A shoe buying experience. Thanks again Champs Ill be back soon!

Great customer service....

Employees seem disinterested and undertrained. Prices also too high and not competitive with online. Also, they won’t accept their own coupons meant for online vs. in-store.
