Would totally give 0 stars, the lady working had the doors locked at 10:40 when they opened at 10. She was very rude and killed my vibe I didn’t even end up getting my new phone. She was in a terrible mood and took it out on the customer before me and us as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place they are very rude and I had to bite my tongue !!!
The two people working today were extremely helpful to me when I went in today. Needed help transferring from old phone to new. really appreciate their help & friendliness!
Ally ROCKED! I went in the store near closing time and I was greeted immediately. She knew what I needed, found it quickly and took care of me and my son. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Id go here again just to do business with her again.
Purchased a new wall charger om 06/05/18. I have always avoided non corporate Verizon Stores in the past because of the level of service but this one is very close to my business so I took a chance. Charger failed four days later. At the time of purchase the employee scanned another item because he could not figure out how to give me my 10% off accessories discount. I visited store today to exchange charger for a new one and explained to employee on why my invoice had a different number on it. He verified the defective part and then gives me a phone number to call . I told him I was told to return to the store with any problem and he said they do not do warranty returns there? He was very uninspired and lacked strong customer service skills. I have been with Verizon for over 30 years (Air Touch Cellular days) Maybe time for a change?**** Update. 6/20/18Their consumer advocate department reached out to me and assured me that a store associate would contact me to resolve issue. I was contacted by Connor and he resolved my issue in a very timely and professional manner . I received a new charger. I have changed my review from a one star to a 3. I will give this folks another chance and hopefully I can give them a 5 star after my next visit.***** Update 01/02/2019I stuck to my word and gave it another chance. I am extremely happy with the customer service from Mike & Shawn.. I got hooked up with my new LG40 and love it!!!! Changed from 3 to 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!
Arris did a great job for me. The other clerk made no attempt to fix the problem and told me I needed a new phone. Arris came over and fixed my phone in a couple of minutes! This guy was great and needs to be promoted! The other guy was friendly but had no knowledge. Would recommend the store to everyone. Thank you Arris for saving me from buy a phone I didnt need!
David was very helpful. As a senior I appreciated the fact that he was patient but not patronizing. I will not hesitate to see him if I have any issues.

I have had great service from this store everytime I have visited. Unlike the corporate stores locally which have left me frustrated and unhappy (2 stores at 2 separate times), this store helps solve my problems. I recommend this store to anyone who wants great customer service, where they work for the best deal for what the customer wants and needs.

I go to this Verizon store all the time to pay my phone bill and for questions on my phone. The service is great; the guys who work here are efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this store.

Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful about the different phones, deals, and packages offered. He was very helpful throughout the whole process of upgrading to a new phone.

If it was an option I would give this store a zero. Not only did they quote me the wrong price for the plan I needed and not what they wanted me to get, but the manager David kept interrupting Kayla as I was talking to her and not him.
Awful. I went there because my phone display had gone black, but was still on. Was told my only option was to get a new phone, so i did. went home and the new phone wasnt working, my boyfriend reset my old phone and magically it worked, the clerk didnt even try to fix my phone and apparently didnt even set up the new phone correctly since my old phone was still activated! i went back to return the new phone that i never needed and was charged a 35$ restocking fee. manager was very rude and said there was nothing she would do thats the way it is. bullcrap. im not paying a fee for your mistake. i called go wireless corporate number and was told the same thing. called Verizon, was given a 35$ credit to the account and they were extremely embarrassed and apologetic, and i made formal complaints against both people i talked to. ridiculous. thats not how you run a business!

Apparently poor understanding of Verizon bills. I was told my bill would be the same with my upgrade, but when the bill came it was $40 more. When questioned, the DISTRICT MANAGER told me what he THOUGHT the bill should be. If you do not know what it is going to be, dont sell the product.
