Terrible. Went for battery replacement, lasted two weeks later im replacing the battery. How do you put zero stars?

They are lucky I was in some much shock and tears that I didnt call the police. There have been very few times in my life I have been brought to tears. I brought my bike there for them to replace a tire and maybe a rim. They said they would find it. Spent two weeks waiting no response.....Then they said I needed to get my own rim and bring it to them. Couldnt find my own so I decided to get my bike somewhere else. Upon pickup I found my bike in complete disrepair. All electrical wires cut, beyond tons of cosmetic damage, and they tried TO STEAL SEVERAL PARTS!!!!!!!!! These guys belong behind bars. Nobody except for one person speaks English and he doesnt have the authority to help you. Sell your stuff for parts before going here. Also FYI.......This is my first review I have posted in years and I was so shocked that I must try to help the community.And their reply to this review is false. I had to have a different mechanic pick up the bike because they were unable to find a wheel for me at which point they asked me to do their research for parts for them and charge me for storage.In terms of stealing parts, they absolutely did. Several parts of my bike that didnt even need to be disassembled, were in the back of the shop and only noticed because the mechanic I hired to actually fix the bike noticed the parts missing INCLUDING THE EXHAUST PIPE!To this day Im still missing several bolts and cables. Additionally all the original cables underneath the main body were all cut for no reason.I wouldnt trust these guys with a pillow.

They sold me a 49cc scooter that gave problems from the very start. The warranty is a lie since it really cover oil changes. Plus terrible customer services

Inside shop manager was very rude and getting frustrated with me because I dont speak spanish and she couldnt understand me.... so she left in a fluster to find someone that speaks English. apart from that prices are 40 to 100 more expensive then the shop a quarter mile down the block and they told me it would take 3 days to change a tire...... never going here again

Just got a tune up. Oil change and spark plugs. With a vehicle inspection. $38. Excellent service, excellent work. They have used motorcycles when you feel confident in your riding. The basic.motorcyle course will let you if your ready. Plus you get your endorsement.

I have used this shop for the past 3 years... they have handled all my issues ranging from a rebuilding of the 250cc engine... to repairing a flat tire.Jose and Ursula are wonderful proprietors! THEY ALWAYS DO THE RIGHT THING... I would recommend this repair shop to any scooter owner looking for a honest and trustworthy scooter repair shop. I have used 3 other shops in the area, they were all awful... you can look them up... there are not many scooter repair shops.All ...SCOOTER4U Technicians are supervised by Jose. He always makes sure the job is done right... before you drive off...Thank you Scooter4u for keeping me on the road and enjoying my scooter!

Good service. They came and picked up my scooter that was sitting for a long time in my parking lot. They fixed it in a day for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend the guys, good job and thank you.

Two motorcycle shops and a friend couldnt fix my Harley. It was broke on and off for a year. This place found the problem in one day a short to the frame. A little expensive but i would have and did pay double that at competition for them to tell me they cant figure it out. Thanks you guys ... very qualified mechanics!!!

Bad service and really bad experience,i dropped off my motorcycle to this workshop because i was involved in a crash that a car hit me and(is the closest to my house) the drivers insurance is able to pay the repairs,it have been in a back side of the workshop 3 weeks getting dust and they didnt even made an estimate yet,it was in the second week that i had to go into the workshop to tell them to make the estimate which is totally irresponsible that i need to be there to make them do an estimate,after that week and today, the insurance called me to let me know that they didnt even send pictures and the estimate,i told to Scooters4U what happened with it and they told me they are going to send the pictures right that moment but i was really disappointed that 3 weeks and they didnt do anything at all,after that i decided to drop my bike to BrowardMotorsport that are more professional, and what Scooters 4U did is charged me 80$ for an estimate or something about an excuse,and the worst part is that they didnt have a paper to prove it or at least to show it to BrowardMotorsport or to the Insurance,they didnt even check the messages,Irresponsible and horrible customer service in this workshop,Dont recommend it to no one.

I am a brand new scooter Rider and these people helped me along the way with my scooter. They also have pickup and delivery services. Very honest and nice ppl. They take pride in there scooters. Rosalie is the best. Jose is a very helpful guy.

I initially took my scooter to the shop because it wouldnt start and had been down for a few months. The mechanic Louis immediately went for the full tune up option even after I explained that Id already replaced the carburetor, starter cable, CDI computer, and battery. I said ok, $160 that cost. On my way home the scooter shut off on me. I didnt call because I got it started and I drove it home. The next morning, I had to call because the bike wouldnt start. He said to use starter fluid. I did, and it worked, but I had to do that everyday for the whole week. Each day I noticed how weak the motor felt as I started to drive every time I stopped at a stop light. Eventually the bike would shut off everytime I stopped at a stop light. This is all in 2 weeks time after the full tune up. The following weekend, I took my scooter to another shop to switch the muffler. I watched the mechanic and all he did was replace the muffler, no under the seat work. I rode the scooter to work then on my way home I stopped to get food. The scooter would not start after i walked out of the restaurant so I was forced to walk the scooter home. I got the scooter dropped off on a Saturday, they texted me on the following friday to tell me the scooter was ready. When I showed up they told me it was an electrical issue and that they guy at the other shop nicked a wire to the starter switch. HOW? he never worked under the seat. I rode the bike for 20, minutes after i paid another $80.25. 20 min away and the bike broke down. I called and they wanted to charge me $45 to pick me up and another 80.00 to fix what he is now saying is the drive chain. I ask, did he test drive the bike at all? It feels like he just saw the nick in the wire fixed that and did no other diagnostics to the scooter. I wish i paid on my card so that I could dispute the charge. I was willing to allow him to work on my bike again but when he started out saying that they have to charge me to pick up the bike i felt insulted. I hadnt left his shop but 25 minutes ago and they want to charge me to pick up a bike that you claimed to have fixed. Now I have my scooter at Salento and I will never return to this shop. Sad and Bad business practices.

SCAM ARTIST ALERT!!! Do not go to these people to buy a car . I bought a car ok July 14 2017, I told them I need a good car to get me to Naples . Well long behold 30 miles into my drive car starts to over heat. On there business card they offer towing service, however after asking they said they couldnt do anything till Monday . Only after calling them non stop did they agree to pick up the car and fix it . Little to there knowledge I changed a few parts to see if I could stop the over heating . Well they said they fixed it . Guess what .... car broke down . Do your self a favor stay far far away . Now they tell me sorry your out of luck . I lost $3,000 plus new parts to these SCAM ARTIST, I hope this can help one person save there hard earned money from these monsters .

Just paid almost $200 to fix my scooter. Just a month later it stopped working again. Then they charged me another $25 to fix it . It is very expensive shop. And the service is bad. I dont really recommend this place to anyone .

This Scooter store/mechanic is fantastic. He first repaired the suspension on my automatic motorcycle. I got my bike at a different store, and they were clueless about what to do. Scooters4u has a super great mechanic. They put a 150cc in place of my BBK 50cc. They charged me 550$ to put a 150 in, along with a bigger back wheel, new tire, and better brakes. Salento Scooters charged me 650$ to put a big bore kit on my 50cc with a new exhaust, and the engine blew up in under a thousand miles. I highly recommend Scooters4u over any other local scooter mechanic.

The work they do is ok. However they will fast talk you on the phone and change the price when you get there. Service is rude. You can guarantee this is the last money they will get from me. Ive only used them twice. First time my scooter came out making a funny noise.

They are the worst scooter shop in miami . They fix scooter after aweek it stops on the way and they dont care. They are cery expensive

I came here for a big bore kit and some minor work on my 50cc scooter . I received same day service, polite and well informed staff, and quality parts, my scooter used to take forever to get to 45 now even holding back the throttle, my spedo pegs past 50 and i get there quick, they back up there work and i will definitely be coming here for all my scooter needs in the future...

WORST EVER!! THEY SOLD me a car that had a bad transmission and they knew it. Before buying the car I took it to have it inspected and no codes came back on the diagnostic and ironically the seller knew the guy that was doing my diagnostic. 29 days after buying the car it broke down. I tried calling them literally over 40 times and the manager or owner was never there all of a sudden, no one returned my calls and 6 months later we are still trying to catch up with the owner. DONT DO IT!! SET UP

Highly recomended! I taken my Kymco scooter to them for minor repairs.They were quick and great prices.Very helpful and polite staff. Any future repairs or service they will be the shop I go to.

One day i was looking for a scooter shop to fix my BACCIO 49cc scooter that i have paid around $700 in repairs only at another shop and the scooter only worked for one single day and i found the shop passing by thinking that this is that last time i will try to fix that scooter to find out that they are very respectful people and and they actually know what they are doing, i was very satisfied with the costumer service they provided, the work they have done, with how fast they fixed it, with how the scooter runs, the work they have done, the way they treated me. I have been to other scooter shops and none of them were even somewhere close to what they have done, this shop has very reasonable prices and i would recomand anybody to go to scooters 4 you for any scooter, motorcycle or ATV repairs

Scooter begin to have problem 2 weeks after purchase. Stay away from these guys.

The guy who was working on my scooter dropped it causing several deep scratches but they also tried to rip me off $85 on a belt I didnt need.

Supremely expensive !! Bad attention, bad attitude and to charge if they are good.

They picked up my motorcycle with a crane and the attention was very good, they checked it and my motorcycle remained working, but I must go back again because it is not yet known what is the origin of what is happening to it.

They never give you the title. They dont give you temporary plastic, they force you to buy it there and above all they invent prices for you. Now I have to go there to dispute my motorcycle because they want to charge me a check that was never charged before and I was never told that I would be charged the truth, a shame this will be the last time I buy something with them

It is the only place where I have bought a vehicle and that they do not get the title to one that then has to go to pay the title x separately to engines and vehicles I do not recommend it if I say that the next day they had to repair me motorcycle xq se was drowning
