I used them to repair a Vittifrigo refrigerator on my boat. The technician, Kelvin, who came out, was superb. My only disappointment was that when I got the bill I was overcharged by 2 hours for the repair. After some discussion they adjusted the bill . Very happy with their prompt service and capable technicians.

Been working with Titan Marine as contractors on our 124ft vessel for the past year, the prices are great first of all. The guy like Calvin & Francesco are very knowledgeable and get the job done or recommend better solutions. Our vessel inside is like a freezer. We used Titan Marine on two occasions. Once was an after hr callout while on charter. The owner and one of his techs was there early on a Sunday morning and was able to get us going within hrs. It enabled us to continue with the charter. The second instance was a few months later where they were able to source and ship us equipment on a very short notice.Great service and support

After reading all the great reviews I really wanted to use this company. However, I called on three different occasions and each time received horrible customer service. During the last call I couldn’t get answers to my questions and the technician made me feel as though I was wasting his time. I’m disappointed,to say the least.
