Ordered during the holiday rush so my item was temporarily out-of-stock but had top-notch customer service in the process. They managed to keep me in the loop with the new shipment, accommodate a change in address, and expedited my shipping so the package came before Xmas. Unfortunately had to exchange the coat but they happily swapped for a different size and responded over the holidays!! Youll never see customer service as good as this, Id be happy to order from them again.

Tammy and her husband have given me outstanding service. I am an ICU nursethat was deployed to NYC for the corvid-19 crisis. I could not find the respirator mask I needed anywhere. All the websites were backed up or just not selling to regular customers. These owners contacted me quickly to update me about my shipment. They offered to give me a bigger mask at no extra charge since the medium I ordered was not in yet. This was done in order to guarantee I would have what I needed prior to my departure. That took the stress away knowing I was entering a dangerous situation as protected as I could possibly be with a full face respirator mask. I have just returned after spending over a month in NYC. I needed more filters and I could not find them anywhere online. I left a message on a Saturday hoping to hear back Monday. Of course Tammy returned my call hearing the desperation in voice. I was able to buy the 4pks of filters I needed. This husband and wife team are extremely dependable. With all these protection materials on back order this company really tries to get the items in for their customers. They are straight shooters. They will not drag you on a line just to get your money. They will let you know when and if they can get you what you need when you need it. They are the kind of connection you need during these times. I have never written a review for any company, let alone one this long. We always take the time to complain about bad businesses, but we never reward the good ones out there. Check out one of the great ones that make you feel more then just a number.

Unacceptable customer service: No communication, no tracking number, incorrect part shipped.we had to pay a fine with Costa Rican customs for not notifying them of the packages arrival. We could not pre-alert the customs office, as we never received a tracking number even after several phone calls to Fred Pineda. He has responded to three of 11 emails we have sent, even when I call him to confirm receipt.We paid for a MillerAirCore Harness # AAF-QCBDPUG, the cost of shipping to Costa Rica and the duty taxes assessed, plus the fine for not pre-alerting. What we received was a harness that does not meet our requirements. We have been getting the runaround on correcting this problem and I dont see this ending well for us.Isuggest that if you need any safety equipment to go elsewhere.
