I recommend it, excellent supermarket, very good food, not only from Russia, from several eastern European countries too.Very good cheeses, cold cuts.Very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are good, it has many offers.

Love this Russian supermarket as they have all the stuff. As an American with Russian roots I love this place and it brings nostalgia. I know the Russians love to come here and get all their essentials. Good prices and always lots in stock.

Their food selections become really good after they double their space. I wish to have more fresh seafood there.

Was looking around the store, browsing for something to buy because I like supporting european american businesses, a lady Ill assume is the manager approached me and asked me what im doing in the store so i let her know i was browsing to buy something. To which she said shes seen me in the store multiple times and i havent ever bought anything despite the fact that i bought sparkling water less than 2 days ago, asked me to leave and never come back.So due to poor customer service, i wont.I will be shopping at the world market across the street instead,another lovely european business.

Great variety of eastern European food. Freshly cooked meats and salads and sides are available for quick and reasonably priced lunch. Little short on staff but we were patient.

I like the place but if you need to ask a question and you don’t speak Russian, you will end more confused.

By far one of the best places in South Florida. Fresh food, deli, fish, fruits, vegetables, pastries. You name it. It’s always a pleasure to visit this store. Very friendly and amazing personnel. I would like to point out one of the cashiers there, Ernest!!! He goes above and beyond to help you around the store. He always greets customers with a smile. He makes the best cappuccino in the neighborhood!! I give the store and it’s employees 5 stars!!!!!

So this is where Russian food go to heaven. Perhaps the cleanest Russian store in Miami history and that is also reflected in a huge selection of fresh deli and best assortment in south Florida. The lines could get long with deli staff trying to accommodate Russian food tastes and sommeliers but the staff always smiles. For my Ukranian bacon gourmet squad Im attaching a picture of ukranian must have shmatok sala. The owner was on hand during my visit and she is a charming host. My first 5 starts for Russian outfits.

Europa is my to go to get the freshest russian food. I went last time before Xmas and even tho it was busy, I got my groceries pretty quickly. There is always a lot of variety and I am glad it’s authentic russian food. The manager Gulnara was very welcoming and helped me to pick out some groceries as I don’t speak Russian. Definitely will be back!

This is my third time coming to this store but now I have thoughts to come here yes its really clean and welcoming looking but the staff specially if Im not wrong the cashier was some sort of rude I ask If there was a drink with pictures that I show to see if it was available he didnt say anything just waved his head like no ...like thats it?? No a word or we dont sell it anymore I think Ill go to another store were they want money and give good costumer service its not the first time they dont help at all in this store save your self the trouble of asking for something they dont help you at all just grab an pay thats all ....uncomfortable service

Place has very good variety of food and products from back home. Its clean and prices good. Had to take away two stars for people who work here. Some employees are refusing to help and make you feel un-welcomed. Since I was visiting FL and went there only few times, but on my second visit I just gave up on asking questions. But as a store its pretty cool place.

Lots of variety in terms of food but when I went, the place was PACKED and no one was adhering to any social distancing whatsoever. Masks off, elbow to elbow, it took me 10 minutes just to leave the store because there were so many people, once I realized what a petri dish the place was. Every time I left some space between me and the next person, 2 people stuffed themselves in front of me. Y’all should be ashamed. Will not be returning.

Great selection of European products.Unfortunately, the service was rude since my Fiance felt as she was criticized since she is with a guy from another part of the same planet. I wish I noticed to talk to the workers face to face. I think we should respect each other always, no need to point fingers. Everyone is free to do what they want, but making a woman uncomfortable, thats not what a real man should ever do!In business to keep customers happy, you need to provide an okay service, not perfect but respect your customers. Also since it was our first time we order some food and ask if they warm the food. The guy just pointed at the microwave being rude. We didnt know there was a microwave if we did we wouldnt ask. He was asked also if we buy some meat by the pound and he didnt answer nicely.I hope management coaches the team. I will take my business to another place as I dont appreciate the negative experience.

This place is great :) I was thinking of who I want to thank during these challenging times of COVID 19, and this place and people who work there, are on the top of my list. I have been going there for years. Produce there is the best and very inexpensive, i.e. I like buying cucumbers that actually taste like the ones from my childhood :) I make several trips a month (in fact, I drive from a different city), and love their prepared food that is a frequent visitor on my table as I work two jobs and rarely have time to cook. My favorite is lamb kebab, which is restaurant quality! What makes this place is, however, people. I always appreciate boys and girls at the departments and at cash register, they will give you the best advise, guide you to the products that you need, and they are always kind and caring. I am amazed at how they function now, on their feet for hours with masks on their faces. And their demeanor does not change even though I am pretty sure their job is harder than many of ours. Love the place, love the variety, the prices, and most importantly, the people who serve us from guiding through thousands of items to making a cup of coffee with the best homemade cake (yep, there is a cute cafe there, as well). Shout out to all boys and girls there, whose names I do not know but whose friendly faces I appreciate and special thank you to Erik who always makes me smile and always helps. A place definitely worth shopping at.

I just found this place 3 weeks ago and I am in love. Lets start with the deli section, the cold cuts are delish. Boars head lookout. The hams, salami, roast pork, turkey,head cheese etc are great. They will let you sample to your hearts content. They have a section of prepared foods and homemade soups. Aisles of pickles, jellies, condiments and someone is always available to explain what it is for. Then the fish counter where you can purchase lox, whitefish, sable and all types of caviar. A bakery where fresh breads are available plus a section of homemade cakes. I almost forgot the freezer section filled with crepes, stuffed pasta to cook and serve with melted butter and believe it or not vinegar. I bought the ones filled with pork and served them with sauteed mushrooms and onions and yes vinegar just put them over the top. I had to get more this week because my husband and son loved them. So stop by and I am sure you will become a fan

Fruits are good

Perfect place to try authentic fresh Russian food! Was in Hollywood for vacation and came here to grab lunch. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of choices: soups, different Russian sausages and my favorite Russian kotleti. The service was very fast and the staff was very considerate. Definitely must visit if you are in the area - will be back next time I am in Hollywood! There are not a lot of good and quality Russian places in the area, Europa Gourmet is a great find.

Wonderful surprises await all who enter here. Eastern European food cooked and prepared very well and with attention to detail. Many varieties of salads and soups that change quite often to keep the public happy with uniqueness. Delicious chicken and beef entrees and all kind of goodies from Russia with love. Some very good desserts as well.

The first time when I came here about a year ago I noticed an empty store which was kinda experience. But tonight Ive been excited. Plenty of choices and there are a ton of discounted items there. Really nice assortment, cheap and clean. Fruit n vegies corner deserves an exceptional mark. Id like to say thanks a lot for those guys. Gonna come back many times

Part of the staff are very rude and often show their frustration openly. It has happened to me and my family a few times now.However, theyve got a lot of food and beverages you can choose from. They dont offer Bulgarian liutenitsa anymore. 😔

Imported goods from Europe, kinda expensive but it is a treat that I indulge in every blue moon.

The kitchen doors were open and I saw how employees prepare food without MASKS! One of them was coughing! I used to go often to this store. After I saw this, Never again. They did not follow elementary COVID rules and clients are in danger after visiting this store!

There is a lot of moldy food in the store. You should definitely check everything.I took raspberry. Almost everything was moldy. So of course I changed it in the store.But when i opened a filled mini chocolate bar I was shocked! It was completely moldy inside. Check the picture!!!

This is a very clean Russian-centric store & deli. Fresh salad and entree bar is tasty. Bakery is good. People are friendly. Roses are beautiful. Ample parking in back. Great for a quick snack or full meal, ready in our take out. This place is bigger than it looks.

Sometimes this store used to disappoint me BUT recently for a few times on the row I got served at Deli Department by Olga and got INCREDIBLE service. Even my mood goes up! So I will come back more often. Thanks!

Many international foods - mostly Russian. Lots of pre-prepared hot and cold foods, and several table and chairs for eating in. Fresh breads. Of course lots of smoked fish. I just wanted the fresh produce section to be larger. Parking both in back and in front. Directly on US-1 (Federal Highway) on the west side of the road.

Good selection of produce and food stuffs. Mostly the typical Russian food Im used to. Quiet and not too many people (I went on a weekend so it may be more on different days of the week). Im satisfied.
