For those who have a really tide budget I recommend go to those stores you can find good stuff at great price

Dollar Tree this time around was a nice experience. There wasnt a long waiting line, and the cashier, a young girl, was nice. I was missing a penny so I could pay with cash and she graciously added the penny. I bought three pairs of socks, nice socks, and paid three dollars and sales tax was 21 cents - I only had $3.20 in cash.

Empty shelves now days. They never have the things I used to buy anymore except toilet paper, laundry detergent and floor cleaner.

Cashier #4 lane was super friendly, engaged in conversation and gave holiday ideas. Place was a bit in disarray, but with all new inventory its understandable.

I love the Dollar tree chain of stores. I find so many treasures and I always overspend. I can guarantee that my grocery bill is cut in half when I shop there first. Id highly recommend.

One register with line going toward the back of store. Cashier was unfriendly and refused to let me pack my own bag. Craft and floral sections almost bare of product. One friendly associate on the floor opening product for shelving but not in the areas needed. Also store seems dirty and unorganized at 10:30am nearly store opening for the day. They need more help.

Dollar Tree on Sheridan St. is much more high scale than many Dollar Tree stores, to start is in a Shopping Center next to Publix, plenty parking, super clean, and most important with a very good selection of items. Is worthy? Absolutely, and the staff is friendly and professional.

The store is very organized compared to other dollar trees.

This the best Dollar Tree I have ever been to. Always stocked and always neat. And they have better items than my local Dollar Tree on Pines Blvd. The manager is awesome and she takes pride in her work and her store. Keep up the good work. Maybe the Dollar Tree on Pines will take note.

I must admit I was very disappointed when I went to this Dollar Tree store the shows who are not stocked with a lot of merchandise they had three rolls of paper towels left the toothpaste was almost finished a couple of bottles of shampoo left.There wasnt even a little shopping cart left to be used maybe it was because its coming up to Thanksgiving and people are stocking up I dont know but I was very disappointed I didnt get everything I needed to get the staff was friendly and helpful as much as they can be

I forget sometimes how many problems a simple trip to the dollartree solves. I got new bath sponges and baby powder, new Tupperware (that I plan on storing hardware in), new salsa bowls and kitchen scissors, a new flashlight for my emergency kit, and a card for my friends birthday..... most of which I was just putting off spending a lot of money on at a big box store. The store itself was well stocked with friendly staff, a little unkempt but I figure that’s to be expected.

Items are always in stock and the store is organized well.

Always a good store, well stocked. However, today, not enough cashiers, only 2 checkouts utilized, long wait in line.

Only had 2 cashiers and they needed someone on sales floor to answer any questions customers may have or help.They had a lot Christmas items.

This store is horrible with customer service. No manager to speak to andthere is 12 people in line and only one cashier available.Avoid this location at all cost.Advice hire more employees people need work.

Depends on which one you go to. Great stuff, but some are disorganized, understaffed and out of products. Lucky to have 3 in my area. Also tough to return, must keep your receipts. No credit, must buy equal to your return.

I shop at this Dollar Tree quite often. There is always a good variety of products. Its conveniently located. I visit this plaza on a regular basis, its a one stop shop. Many of my favorite stores are here Ross, Kohls, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Office Depot, Starbucks, Publix, GNC, Bath and Body Works just to name a few.....an all around great shopping plaza!

Let me tell you as a recent College Grad with a BBA this store is in such MAJOR need of good management its insane. I came in to look for Baby Aspirin and the ONLY ONE LEFT was OPENED. There is a lot of the same stuff, and whats missing is either only one item left thats opened or tampered so no one will buy it. There are Unopened boxes everywhere, and only two cashiers at any given time. This is not a one time situation I work in the area and come here often for office supplies but often times I end up having to go to the Publix store next door and willingly pay MORE $$ because of the lack of items, disorganization, and lack of qualified employees. The WORST dollar tree I have ever encountered. IDK how there are 5 star rating thats a complete lie. I also dont understand how the district ad regional managers are allowing this to continue-- clearly this store under-performing! I tried looking to see if they were hiring managers because of what I witnessed, and this store doesnt even come up on the website - yet they have a hiring post outside!?! This entire location is mess top to bottom.

VERY VERY POOR treatment. Went to get a balloon for a birthday, and saw one of the workers (YASMARA MANAGER) helping a customer finishing with her and giving her a balloon. Looked at us and completely IGNORED US and went to open some boxes on the side. I asked if she could help me and get me a balloon. She didnt even turned and told us to just pick whatever was out( having in mind she had given another lady some that were not there) i asked what about the one the lady took because i also liked that balloon. She said they were out without even looking then continue to ignore us opening her boxes. I asked if she could please help or did we have to ask another worker for help because she obviously didnt wanted to help. SHE MADE A LOUD UGHHH and came to just look at the balloons. SAID SHE DIDNT HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH US AND HELP BECAUSE SHE WAS BUSY DOING OTHER THINGS. Then we told her if she was so stressed out then to ask for another worker for help because she was so busy. This lady got mad procceded to be so bothered by helping us making loud UGHHS. Telling us to complain if we wanted to. She obviously didnt care. Treated us so so bad. I never seen a dollar tree worker treat a customer so bad like she treated me. Never going back again. Specially if they have manager who act like that with customers. All we did was just ask for help and ended up being treated so bad. I recommend to never go there unless they change their bad managers. SO DISSAPOINTED OF THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE TREATMENT.

Wow I just had the worst experience in this store I have been shopping in for years the store manager Tessi Stuck her finger in my face as I asked her a question and said Im helping another person so rudely, that person was another employee who whispered to me she pissed as he followed her to another isle.I was stunned and disgusted!
