Tried to exchange a broken, 14.99 bag, even exchange, that the handle broke within a day and a half. I had spent $140 in this store and had the receipt to exchange it. Receipt said “no refunds, exchanges only,” I wanted the same exact bag so there shouldn’t have been an issue. Owner accused me of overfilling bag, which was not the case, and both my adult children were with me during this conversation. Even other customers agreed with me and owner still refused exchange. He said no one had ever brought a broken bag back. And I replied “because people go home after vacation”. We had another day and just wanted another bag. Even exchange. He could write off the defective bag. Makes u wonder about the integrity in the business industry today. Defective is defective. Stand behind your product! Do not shop here!

New and recently remodeled, Basix is the best convenience stop on the broadwalk. I live on the beach so I would know.From luggage to souvenirs to beer and munchies they have everything you need when youre on the go.

Denied my purchase said I needed to spend more money so I left

My experience at Basix Market during my vacation was amazing every time I stopped by. I could always rely on this store to have what I needed when vacationing in Hollywood beach. From souvenirs, to beach supplies and more importantly white claws! The staff members were always a charm to talk to. They gave out great sight seeing advice as well as great food recommendations. One employee in particular, Koby, was polite and a fun to talk to. Thanks Basix Market and Koby for making our Florida trip so much fun!
