I took my grandsons pc for a diagnostic and repair visit. The technician said that it was a loose wire and there was no charge for this. He recommended an installation of windows by the technician to make sure that the pc was complete and working properly. The installation was less expensive than buying online from ms and was functioning perfectly. Outstanding work is what you get when you bring your computer here. So I took it to Kenny an the guys they to did a diagnostic test then was able to get all of my data save an dropped in a new an stronger hardrive. They also hooked me up with a sweat deal to get a nice used desktop for my parents. If any friends need some computer work done I tell them go to the professionals Kenny. Whenever I have a problem, I can take my computer into Kenny Ps. The fix it in a very timely manner. They also an explain to me what the problem is and make suggestions to keep it from happening again. Also, if it is something small I can call them and they can fix it over the computer. I needed my computer fan replaced and orginally went to Best Buy Geek Squad who I found out dont do computer repairs on site only software. Not only that said they would need to mail my computer out to another facility in another state and it would be at least a month. Ill start with the good, great customers service.Now as to why 2 stars. I came to them to have a custom computer built. Not only was it badly built but the fact that it took more than 2 weeks for nothing was the most frustrating part. Usually with pc stores theres a level of confidence you can have for their experience. That, unfortunately, began to wain as they showed lack of this experience for custom built Pcs as days progressed. I understand time is money but man I wasted both as I was charged for a built not even completed. Now, they offered to try to fulfill my requests but how can I, if clearly they had no idea the errors they were committing . I knew I made the right choice when I found hair with dust in my NEW gpu and a fan controller burned up because it was incorrectly installed. They can put a computer together but NOT a Custom Pc. Look for someone else for that like I did.

Kenny’s computer service is a very trustworthy and honest company. They don’t try to talk you into a service that may not necessarily be needed. Very up front and honest. I had a computer that had a cracked screen and I took it there to see if they could repair it. They told me they could fix it but the cost of the screen coupled with a new battery would be costly so it would be better to put those funds towards a new computer instead repairing the old broken one. I appreciated their honesty. Highly recommend their services!!

I kid you not I forgot how fast they had made this laptop, it works faster than my 27” iMac.. they are so good at fixing the fundamental issue, keeping the system alive for years.
