This place is our go to for family gifts that are labeled by them and sold. We were able to get a 3 pack of T-shirts for 25 bucks. Staff was friendly and the place is huge. No need to buy anything before going to the beach, if you forget it odds are the sell it.

Giving two stars because of selection otherwise would have given one star. Very Rude employees! Following you everywhere. Also they have this $1500 stone turtle out on display with a sign that says break it you buy it. Why in the world would they have this in the path of small children or any children for that matter. Maybe they are hoping it will get broken so the customer pays for it.

Fire this woman! She should never be allowed to work in retail or even be allowed to interact with other human beings!She tried to rip my daughter off yesterday by changing the price tag on something, today she yelled at my grandsons and I because they were trying out a little grabber things before we bought them.

The worst Customer service EVER!!! They follow you around the store as if your going to steal something. They are the rudest people I must say I have ever met. Dont understand how they are in business when I witnessed them tell customers curse words right in front of other customers. Never seen anything like it!! Do yourself a favor and spend your money where they appreciate your business not treat you like a criminal..

This is a nice store. I went here to look around and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into the he store and browsed the store’s shelves to see what products they offered. I saw they had a beach shovel for sale, so I took it up to the cash register and bought it. After I bought it from the cashier, who was pretty nice, I left the store, satisfied with my experience. I gave this store five stars because it has lots of products that you could use on the beach and I received good service.

If staff is extremely friendly and there to help was glad I ran into the store Im not usually happy to spend my money but they were very friendly and outgoing.

Employee hung up on me, I was outside of the store @ 10:40 pm trying to get some toys for my son For the beach. Lady had glasses shoulder length brown hair. was working tonight may 27th she said we close at 11 we’re going home repeated herself and hung up on me. Please train your employee to have better customer service. I’ll be in in the morning to complain in person. Terrible service.

The women that claims to be the owner which I do not believe because if she were invested in her business she would not be so rude to customers . I just had the worst experience in this location. The manager on duty was rude and definitely didn’t have any sense of customer service. We buy a couple of items and they had a jewelry station with 50% off, we got one necklace from the jewelry case; the associate that Ring up the transaction never applied the discount, and when we went to claim she was very rude and didn’t apply the discount. She was given many excuses to not answer our question of why we can’t get our price adjusted that she gets mad and even wanted us to leave without receiving any adjustment.

Decent prices and a good selection but rude staff

Huge selection of products all around the beach. But found some of the prices were pretty high. Example: i was looking for a simple ball to play in the pool with my family. The cheapest water ball was 10 dollars which I find exaggerating. Other products might have a better price range but wasnt looking at that.Staff was ok (neither forthcoming nor unfriendly).

Trash has better customer service than these scam artists. Very unfortunate. They lost a loyal patron.

Buyer BEWARE! Bought 6 items all pool and beach accessories. There is a sign that says “no refunds exchange only” . Also when we bought all the things originally we asked can we exchange this and the cashier said yes. would’ve never bought the items due to the fact many things can go wrong with inflatables. The manager was on her phone when we walked in was vey rude and didn’t even attempt to make it right . Claiming even as a manager she couldn’t do anything. No integrity at all! I will not be back and wish I never purchased anything from them.

I had forgot to pack my swimsuit and I didnt have to go far to find one its the best place on the beach to grab your souvenirs for when you need to head back home or if you forgot your swimsuit like me they have a great selection

Bathing suit sizing is very off. You must try it on in the store because you cannot exchange. The customer service was not good either. I will not return to this location to shop again.

THEY SELL USED ITEMS. I bought rush-guard (white XS with high collar). When I brought it at home I found out that the inner part of the collar is really dirty with tone cream, - the item is used. My mistake - I didnt expect it and didnt check it at the store. I tried to return it - no return policy - only replace. The store has very poor selection. They didnt have anything XS rush-guards, only M size red and green, or blue with open neck. I tried to communicate to ask the manager to order the same item or order any other neutral color with high neck XS size and we can pick it up later, even in 5 days. The only answer we got: no return policy - exchange to anything at the store. But we dont need anything else. So, be aware - THEY SELL USED ITEMS - CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE PURCHASE. I just left the item at the store. The manager can enjoy my $22.

I like this store and it’s very clean and the merchandise is really great but I was overcharged when they said buy one get one free and I went in very nicely to the manager and said I showed her my receipt and she was complaining about needing another job and was so rude to me . This sweet lady with blond hair from Italy was amazing and all the other staff were amazing so I don’t want to slate the store but she needs to go she really is rude to people and I manage Airbnbs and this is not the way to treat a customer

Fairly newly renovated and larger with more inventory... Parking that used to be on the side is gone, so the city garage or walk a few blocks from meter parking...

Mostly Rude sales clerks. Dressed like late night bar maid. Good selection of apparel but definetly needs some adult supervision running store. Most familys shopping with there kids dont want to see half dressed clerks. We will do our shopping elsewhere from now on.

Every single thing youll need for your visit to the beach - definitely a great location and a great convenience for this Wings store to be where it is. As soon as you step in theres so many items and the store is brightly lit so you wont miss a thing. On top of the beach items theres a plethora of souvenirs as well. Staff is relatively helpful.

Great spot for shirts and memorabilia if you are in town, poor quality thought. You get what you pay for. My daughters cuff came off her sweatshirt within hours of buying it and my girlfriends daughter had the same issue but after arriving back home in Michigan, so there is nothing we can do now.

This store is massive!!! Also had the brand new smell and style to it. Decent prices for the area.

Purchased a pair of shorts from wings in Hollywood Beach on Monday and the next day noticed there was small rip on the left side. I liked the shorts and decided to go back to store and exchange for another pair since policy only allows for exchange not refund. The cashier, who was also the manager, asked me for the original tags and since I wore it once and I threw away the tags she refused to exchange the shorts. Obviously it doesnt matter if you are within policy time or if they sold you a defective item, no original tags no exchange. Weird... Maybe they want to sell defective item again?? Will never buy here again.

There are no refunds and parking is expensive. I went to wings because google told me I could find what I wanted and I did purchase the product but when I got it home it wasnt as advertised. I returned expecting a refund and was dismayed when the large sign was pointed out to me that there were not refunds. My fault, the sign was obvious, I just wasnt looking for it. Hollywood has raised the price of parking to $4.00 and so I ended up paying $8.00 to buy a $16.00 item! That said, if I was a tourist and looking for a souvenir this would be an ok place to visit since they have everything pertaining to having fun in the water. However, as a local it is not cost effective for me. Yes, the pricing is more expensive than the mainland but as a tourist you may not have the means, time or inclination to shop. The employees were friendly.

Crazily overpriced, but a huge selection of beach gear. Youre paying for the convenience of not having to leave the beach, so its a fair trade off. Plenty of souvenir type trinkets. They have a rad selection of Luxottica sunglasses (Ray-Ban, Coach etc) which are actually priced fair

The lady who worked the Monday 9/24/18 shift was proved TERRIBLE customer service. She harassed my seven year old, special needs brother, throwing away an item he touched. She yelled for another employee directly to my face to obtain a garbage for the small item by brother grabbed. I almost left everything just because she was so terrible. Right after she rang me up, she raced me to the door to have a smoke. Tacky. Ruined my shopping experience. Ive shopped there before but will not fo back because of that crazy lady.

Cheap prices, nice bright and clean store, racist and bad customer service. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up at the cash register even though there were a half dozen associates standing around doing nothing. None of the hispanic associates would wait on a caucasian person like me. They blatantly waited for one of the white store managers to come out from the back room. She didnt even bother saying anything to me. just scanned everything through, took my money and handed me my stuff.

The lady @the counter was super rude. All she did was yell @me and my 7 year old son saying if you break it you buy it! Yelling @the other employees about some garbage. Just plain rude. No good customer service what so ever. Never will I go back to that store. 👎
